Where do I even begin..?
To say that Bret, Ron, and their talented team took exceptional care of me and my beautiful car feels like a understatement.
I took my business to them due to being door dinged/dented in a parking lot.. being inexperienced in this situation I was nervous & stressed on what was to come. Thankfully I made the right decision to go with these guys. Right out of the gate I was walked through everything from top to bottom that would need to be done with pure honesty ,I was kept in the loop with the process constantly, I was helped tremendously with my struggles of dealing with insurance agents, and was beyond happy with the flawless outcome.
I would give this establishment a 100 stars if possible and will continue to do all of my business here. Stand up and trustworthy.

Northside Body Shop is a quality body shop with great people. They take their time, do the job right, and make the customer very happy. I am very happy with my experience here, and I would recommend them to anyone in the need of body work for a car. Rob brought me back to my place of residence when I dropped my car off and I couldn't be happier with the work on my Ford Fusion. Thanks.

Be careful when paying with a credit card here. They surcharge you a ridiculously high rate. I don't understand why they do this when nobody else does, so I won't be back. Not cool when you got a high bill, and disappointing since I can't afford to pay it in cash. Some folks don't have the choice to pay high bills all up front.
