Genuinely the best, to the point where I feel uncomfortable if I’m going anywhere else for bike-related stuff. Their repairs work and stay working, and although they’re a bit pricey if you’re buying a new bike from them, such as my beloved fat tire bike, that’s simply because they openly admit that they refuse to sell anything that isn’t worth it, I can personally attest to the fact that you get more than what you pay for there, and I can respect anyone who is only ok with providing top-notch stuff.

Brought my bike in for a tune up and tire replacement and 24 hours later it was ready. Brad also helped me with questions on Ebikes. Very knowledgeable and helpful.

This is the best place for trikes, bikes, new, used, repairs, accessories and clothing. I can’t say enough about their customer service and knowledgeable help! I would recommend this place! In fact, we drive several hours to use this store in particular.

If you have any issues with your bike or ski setup, this is the place to go. Your walk as s customer but you leave as s friend!! Great place to socialize too!!

A tech there named Zack stayed late to repack my mtb bearings so I could ride the next day, and the price could not have been more reasonable. This was a couple years ago but was a huge help for me and I've meant to thank him. Thanks, Zack!

Excellent job, installed a basket no charge while I waited, let me test ride a townie7d which I bought 15 minutes later for a great price , and installed a different gear in a coaster bike, that now gives me a nicer faster riding speed. Brad and Zach do a good job along with the rest of the crew. Everything has been flawless, and they seem to have a pretty good time doing this! Would definitely recommend, l like the quality of repairs, parts, prices, turn around time, and the whole energy of the business.

Have never personally been here, but I recently was searching the internet for a specific part for a Bontrager Pump. Trek Corporate/Website chat gave me a list of all the shops that claimed to have the part in stock. I called about 5 shops before calling here as none of them had it. The person I talked to on the phone was super helpful. They had the part in stock and where willing to ship it to me at a very fair rate. Within 3 days of talking to them I had the part in my mailbox and was exactly what I needed. If I'm ever up in the area I will be sure to stop in.

Took my new e-bike in for a final inspection before my first ride, no need to make an appointment, just able to drop it off. They had it ready to go the next day! Super fast, reliable service. and Really nice staff!

Brad was wonderful at explaining the differences between bikes and bringing out bikes for me to try and look at. I was able to pick out what fit best for me. I am looking forward to riding my bike as soon as the icy roads are gone!

Met me half way between Milwaukee, WI and Winona MN to deliver the bike I purchased over the phone. Took the time to explain the bike’s particulars and fielded my questions expertly.
