Ace has everything you would expect to find in a hardware store plus outstanding, personal one on one customer service always with a smile. On top of that they have a great unique gift department with things you can't find anywhere else in Columbus. I've lived in many different cities in the US and there is always an Ace Hardware store with the same friendly people and unique as well as traditional merchandise in each and every place I've lived.

My local Ace hardware has everything I need. I never encounter a time where the shelves are unorganized or out of stock. They do a great job on customer service ALWAYS!

I have been trying to get a spare key for my Mazda 3. Mazda wanted between 3-5 hundred dollars. Jackie at ACE Hardware was able to do it for less than $70.:Thanks Jackie you rock!

Found easily what I was shopping for as store clerk sent me straight to it. Checkout was starting to back up so Checker opened up another register to speed process. Good shopping experience.

Ace is my favorite hardware store in town because it's so organized they have very friendly & helpful clerks. Most of all not only do they carry all the usual hardware store stuff but they have unusual items that the other stores don't have oh and they carry great plants in the spring
