My son and I always make it a point to go here for lunch once while he's back from college every few weekends. I love that it's not a chain, the workers are extremely friendly and helpful with suggestions and the burritos are amazing! Kids and I would definitely recommend this place!

Visited during the lunch hour. Place was packed. Service was speedy and the staff was super friendly. The food was excellent and a very nice portion for the value. Would highly recommend checking Fuego out.

We love Fuego and try to eat here at least once every couple of weeks. The food is always fresh, flavorful, and delicious. Their meat preparations are unbeatable and the guacamole is amazing. Highly recommend this family-owned gem!

Sophia was great help understanding the menu and choosing the options to make this fire meal. Gobbled it down in 5 minutes.

So this is our first time at fuego because the distance to a chipotle is long and wish they would open one in Norfolk or Madison Nebraska already and actually give life to the Madison County.
So it’s nice that we came in, and immediately know what we want and u can’t find that anywhere when you don’t wanna cook

We are both managers so to see this place it has incredible potential and hope it sticks around for awhile.

Food is delicious I don’t care for the price I don’t wanna cook lmao or eat McDonald’s

Ok so here is the skinny. Pleanty of food for the price. It's not inexpensive but you get your money worth! I eat at Fuego at least once a week . It's ALWAYS GOOD! I'm always full and always happy. Bowl or burrito you can't go wrong.

I will drive out of my way for this place!!! I'm not going to say dive but it's that off the wall awesome place!

Great little mom and pop mexican restaurant! Absolutely nothing is bad on their menu. Have been there now several times and have had no complaints. Try them if your in Columbus Nebraska area.

Absolutely amazing place. I come here all the time for their burritos. They weight about a pound once it’s all made and they are generous with the toppings. Best place in town!

We love Fuego. The food is full of flavor and a very fair price. It’s a family owned restaurant and I hope they stick around Columbus for a long time as we have nothing else like this in town. Perfect for a quick easy and fresh lunch as well.

Fuego is awesome! Max helped me to organize a dinner for over 30 women, and he even delivered it for us to the hotel we were staying at! The meals were all labeled for each person in the group, and they were hot when they arrived! Excellent meal, fresh ingredients, killer flavor, all around a hit with the group!

I am extremely upset with this place because I went here because of the billboard in town “ best burritos in town” and they were right. I’m upset because my Birria burrito was so tasty and big, that I didn’t want to finish my work for the day 😂. The food is definitely 🔥. I will be returning when I can.

Best burrito I've had in Columbus! Birria burrito with rice, queso, onion/cilantro and pico was amazing. I can't complain about the price because I was able to make two meals out of my take-out order.

Stopped here tonight and will be coming back again soon! Got a burrito with the cajun chicken and it was soo good! I loved the options and the queso was delicious! I really can't say enough about how great it was! Also can't wait to bring my husband along!
