Hy-Vee Grocery Store

Service was great. Clerk offered to carry out my pack of water when I couldn't. Then another customer offered to do it. Columbus does have some friendly, helpful people!

Changing my review to 5 stars because I've been so impressed the last 2 years with the help and the cleanliness and selection.

We recently moved to Columbus from Salt Lake City. We were worried about finding a nice grocery store with premium services like delivery and excellent customer service in such a small town. My wife absolutely loves Hy-Vee which means I love Hy-Vee. We bought a Hy-Vee Plus Membership which has great benefits like free delivery and special deals. Hy-Vee is by far the best grocery store in town.

Always friendly staff and fresh breakfast sandwiches in the morning, good stop for the work commute!

Always helpful and it's nice facility, clean and the people there are always smiling and helpful.

I had a pickup today and it was perfect. Everything I ordered, exactly as directed. It was on time, really fast. The Associate was polite, friendly & professional. This is what I'm used to from Hy-Vee.

Wonderful deal on a Friday afternoon for Chinese! Good was delicious and fresh with a wide variety. They usually post on their Facebook page their weekly specials or have a board in the store. The Chinese department manager really makes an effort to serve the highest quality meals! Sushi is wonderful too, best in town!

The ONLY place I get food. Nothing else even close.

Pharmacy tech always helpful and knowledgeable. If they don't know they refer to pharmacist quickly and without a hitch. The pharmacists are very personable and develop relationship with the customer/patient. Important support for anyone challenged with health problems.

We always buy our meat and fish here. Their salmon is always fresh and very good! The steaks also is always good. My friend works here and still working here for 41 years!

Love the meat department -- the customer service there is unbeatable anywhere. I enjoy the sales and the smiling faces. Overall a good place to shop. There is typically a service bottleneck from 3pm-6pm on weekdays though...it takes a little longer to get "in and out" but, their food selection is unbeatable. My overall favorite place to shop.

Always stop here for gas! The place is very well lit at night! The bathrooms are clean! They carry a variety of fountain soda, coffee, fresh fruit and selection of hot food is always good and fresh! Friendly customer service! Pumps are easy to work!

Well stocked and I love the deli nice people there. Check out is usually pretty busy but tends to move pretty fast and easy.

Always clean and a great group of people that work there. Helpful and friendly. Their meat department is the bomb! And I enjoy the times I walk in and find the unadvertised specials.

Awesome store. Friendly & helpful staff. Fantastic Deli, Meat, & Bakery departments. Has a large selection of wines to choose from a as well. Great sales. A "MUST" place to shop.

Hy-Vee has been in my life since my grandparents first took me there in Des Moines. So glad to see the expansion in Nebraska. The restaurant area is really good, the deli and bakeries are also top notch, the selection of everything else in the grocery aisle is good and the spirit department is the best in my town. Might be a bit more at the register than other grocery stores, but at that point in my life, the service I get and the quality are worth it.
