Exceeded all expectations. The cafe itself is welcoming, cozy, offering booth and table seating. Service was quick, friendly, and very accommodating. I asked for some changes to a menu item which were met without fuss. In fact, the waitress’ comments made me feel better when I apologized for the complicated order.

Both my friend and I were very happy with our meals. I loved the sweet potato fries and my burger, the ciabatta bun is definitely a step up from the average bun. There were many items on the menu I’d come back to try and now that I am aware of how great this place is, I plan to always make this a stop when I am coming through town (which is pretty often).

Café Metro has food that is so good, words can't express. This establishment is clean with a friendly atmosphere. The waitresses are attentive and prompt. Their menu has a variety of delicious, fair priced dishes that keep me coming back. They serve breakfast, lunch, and dinner. If your in Auburn, Nebraska, you will most definatly want to have a meal (or two) here. As for me, it's lunch time. Can you guess where I'm going?

We came across this place by accident. Went for Mexican and it was packed so we went here. Much better than Mexican would have been! They have amazing food and even better waitstaff! Our food was out in a timely manner and prices were reasonable for the quality of food !

Food was excellent but that's an easy one. The staff is what truly made my visit. Very welcoming and friendly even with how busy they were. Pricing was fair for the amount of food as well. Will definitely be back!

I was stranded in Auburn when my truck broke down, and I ate all my meals in this place. I chose it, at first, because it was within walking distance. But I kept coming back because it was a good deal for the price, had nice faux-urbane decor, and never got loud, even during the meal rush. It's the kind of hidden gem that makes people love small towns like this one.

Found this cafe after a rainy weekend of camping - and it was just what we needed. Their breakfast was mom-and-pop comfort style and the staff was very pleasant. Very reasonably priced for the portions.

We love this place. We are living here for work temporarily and eat breakfast here every weekend. The food is excellent and the service as well!! Great small town dinning!!

A great place to go for those home-cooked meals you’re wanting for breakfast. Lunches are also very good. Prices are decent and the staff are great

Took a motorcycle ride with the wife from Lincoln to Indian cave SP. the highlight of the ride was stopping at Cafe Metro for lunch. Fantastic food, clean facilities, great staff, and excellent price.
We will be back to sample lattes and cappuccinos.
