"Fonz" is well known in the Ferrari community. His sterling reputation and reams of recommendations brought me to him and his shop. My 13k mile 89 Testarossa went from stumbling issues upon acceleration and warning slow down lights that led to an eventual non start issue. Within a few minutes on the phone, prior to receiving my car, he deduced exactly what was wrong with it because he had seen it and solved it time and time again on low mileage Testarossas that had predominately been stored and not driven. Rusted, fuel injectors, and failing fuel distributors and relays. As well as a faulty fuse block, a common problem he knew was associated with these models. He is knowledgeable, fair and honest. No time or money is wasted on figuring out the problem, he already knows. You pay for confirmation and repair, not diagnosis and guessing.
Also, his wife Cerise, who runs the books and scheduling is icing on the cake as she is a pleasure to deal with.

I highly recommend J. Scuderia ! They do outstanding work at a very fair price. I would not trust leaving my Ferrari with anyone other than Fonz and his team.

The entire process of having a Ferrari serviced at J Scuderia was outstanding. The amount of knowledge that Fonz and Cerise possess is almost unbelievable. Highly recommended shop for a Ferrari. J. Scuderia did a regular maintenance on my 2016 California T. They reviewed other work that was recommended by the dealer and were very helpful in determining what really had to be done. Fonze and Cerise are very friendly and efficient and completed everything on time. Fonze, an expert, certified Ferrari technician, took his time to explain all the work. They are my go-to shop.

I heard about them from my detailer and was told Alfonso "Fonz" the owner/mechanic/tech was one of the most talented & knowledgeable Ferrari technicians in the country. I just picked up my 458 Spider today which was due for its 2 year service and everything was PERFECT. Fonz was very thorough addressing everything my 458 needed including items the dealers ignore or skip over.

I had my first experience using J Scuderia and it was excellent. The facility is neat, contemporary electronic diagnostic equipment and most important an absolutely top notch Master technician, Fonz.

Cerise, Service Manager, has the patience of a saint and handles repeat phone calls with tact and serenity. Photos of my car upon arrival and updates just add luster to the experience.

This is about 1.5 years since I bought my Ferrari 360 Spider and Fonz did a great job at the pre purchase inspection to identify some issues that needed to be fixed before purchase. Fonz and his wife were great to work with. He is very knowledgeable and experienced!

My 458 italia had multiple issues and I was looking for the rite mechanic.. After meeting a few tri-state ferrari mechanics fonz was the most knowledgeable. Diagnosed my probs and fixed them. While there he did the regular 1 and 2 year services as well. I did end up spending more than I originally expected but the end result was awesome. The car is driving tight and the way its suppose to. Definitely recommend j. scuderia.

Took my Ferrari to the dealer because it was missing gears, paid for diagnostic report and they said that my transmission is fine, took it to J Scuderia and Alfanso was able to figure out that I needed a new gearbox.
Within two weeks he had the gearbox in the car and the car in the road.
And I'm in love with the car again.

Alfonse is the best Ferrari mechanic out there. I had a common Ferrari transmission problem. I went to another guy that called himself “the Ferrari doctor” and speaks Italian as if he was born in the Ferrari factory..this guy took $4000 from me and did nothing. I called Alfonse and he diagnosed the issue on the phone. I dropped the car and in 3 weeks my transmission issue was fixed with half the price that the dealer wanted to charge me. He is truly the Ferrari doctor.

This mechanic is very knowledgeable on vehicles and is very kind to the customer. He will not try to up charge you on any work that your vehicle does not need and will be honest with you about the work that needs to be done. Mostly specializes in the exotic vehicles but talking to him over the course of time, I see he knows a lot about cars in general. If you are looking for a good, reliable, smart and trustworthy mechanic for your special vehicle, look no further because no other place has this type of personal service.

Fonz is a very straight forward person to deal with, he will let you know what is going on with your car, and let you know what to do with it. I have never felt that he was trying to take advantage. Very knowledgeable, what did I expect from a master technician

I had the Distinct pleasure earlier today of taking my Maserati Granturismo Cabriolet to J. Scuderia Automotive.
The experience was akin to me going to my doctor, which is what Fonsi, the Owner is. He is The Car Doctor.
My visit began with being greeted outside by Cerise for my 10 AM appointment.
The service was the Best I have had at any Automotive shop I have ever visited.
Fonsi, was great in performing the Service on my car.
I learned more from him than I did from the dealer when I bought the car.
Fonsi and Cerise, thank you for the Service.
My Car found a Clinic today.
It is also Thankful.
