Staff was extremely helpful when we had issues with our phone and getting us through the purchase

Needed to get a new plan was able to walk in very friendly customer service I'll expectations were meant by the associate that helped me he exceeded my expectations. And allowed me to get what I needed without breaking my wallet. As well as have me in and out without wasting hours of my time trying to sell me something I didn't need.

Have purchased several phones from this location, and always get great service.

On this occasion, had an issue with a phone, and a staff member assisted us as if it were his own phone that he was working on.

Definitely recommend this store.

I purchased a new cell phone. Had nothing but problems with it for three days. Three different technicians worked on the phone. Even had a customer service programmer over the phone work on it and tagged it as not operable. Bottom line. A technician on the third day took the phone and within minutes fix the problem. It was a manufacturer internal program problem. Bottom line no one gave up on the phone and they all worked together to fix it. Great customer service.

The technician, Joel, who sold me my phone was, if not the best Customer Service Representative, one of the best I have ever had. He was knowledgeable, extremely helpful and personable. He explained everything and even helped me carry over everything from my old phone to my new one!

Morgan was one of the most helpful people we have EVER worked with at Verizon. She helped my mom understand the best plan for us even when she is very anxious about technology. We ended up saving money which is unheard of these days. Thank you so much Morgan!

People there are really nice. They know what they are doing. When not even the "experts" over the phone couldnt figure out a problem I had with my smartwatch, the guy here knew exactly what was wrong and fixed it. And customer service always seems friendly.

Dealt with a fantastic salesman, I believe his name was Jamie. Came in with my mother to get her an upgrade, Jamie was patient, knowledgeable, and was out for mom's best interests and not just a paycheck. A+ service, thank you Jamie

Went in to see if it was possible to switch from my previous provider while keeping the same phone and number, and customer service was AMAZING even though I came by during a slightly busy time. They had me completely switched over before I left, even though they hadn't even heard of my previous phone carrier.

I ordered a phone online and picked it up at the store. Waited outside for a few minutes and someone came out to take us inside to complete the sale. I also was able to pick up a case and have the screen protector installed on the premises. Great service and everyone was very friendly.

It was a good experence. They took care of all my needs and questions about my new phone. No pressure.

Minus my daughter's accident 🤦🏻‍♀ I got a new s10 thanks to my mom for my 19th birthday. It was hard to pick, but I loved how nice the guy was and he was so patient and understanding. ❤

Everytime I go there I have great experience. Never had a problem with Any of the staff there. Whatever question I have they always have the answer to it. They have shown me ways to try and fix my phone's when I have problems with them. This is the only place I will go for my phone's.
