I spontaneously needed a change of look and was able to get in same day for a hair appointment, I was greeted with a friendly face at the front desk and Bianca did exactly what I wanted with my hair and kept a conversation. I highly recommend coming here and I will be returning

I was taken back immediately where I was offered fresh cucumber water, and an assortment of teas (my favorite). They give you a sheet where your able to identify which areas you most want attention. I chose my neck, lower back, and feet. I was led to a dimly lit room. The air was filled with delicate oils and fragrances that were pleasurable, relaxing, and energizing. I've had many massages in my 37 years and this particular experience was the best I've ever had. It took all I had not to moan with pleasure throughout the entire 30 minutes. The oils she used were moisturizing and silky-smooth. She used some pumice on my feet that transformed my dry cracked heels into smooth and moisturized. The pressure she used on my tense muscles was perfect. Just once did I have to ask not so hard. She adjusted it quickly and continued to pay attention to all the right areas. Halfway through the massage I was wishing for longer. She kept my body warmed by the use of heated blankets, pillow placement, and hot wash clothes. When the massage ended I flipped over and the table I layed upon became a chair warming my bottom, lower back, and upper back all at once. It fit tightly down my back and held me upright all while processing the energies and state of relaxation it put me in. The therapist was professional, friendly, and skillful. I would highly recommend this spa and especially the therapist. I was gifted 2 small samples that smelled incredible, worked perfectly, and were luxurious.

I have visited the spa multiple times and each time I am impressed with the services and attention I receive. Kimi is a miracle worker with my hair and I wouldn’t see anyone else. The membership is 10 out of 10 worth it!

I enjoyed a very nice half-hour massage under the skillful hands of Stepanie. She made the most of the time and did everything possible to make me comfortable. The setting is lovely and peaceful, too.

Bought a Groupon for a couples spa day. Included a private spa suite, 50 min couples massage and use of sauna. It was awesome. Very nice facility and staff was very friendly. The massage itself was amazing. Best massage I’ve ever had and I felt great for days afterwards. Would recommend this spa.

Waterfalls Spa did a fantastic job!! We came for a wedding and had massage, facial and pedicure. The staff was extremely friendly and professional. Happy and Kimi and Michael did a terrific job and Kaion is great at the front desk, so full of personality.Thank you all SO much!! We appreciate all your hard work.

Loved my experience at Waterfalls Spa! All of the services were wonderful and the employees were so professional and friendly. Highly recommend to anyone who wants a day of relaxation and rejuvenation.

The spa staff were friendly and did excellent work. This place is priced very well, and provide quality service. The hotel also seems quite nice, and the location is beautiful. We will certainly return.
