Came to Elmira, NY from out of state. I made an appointment for an oil change with Emily. The next day, a pretty good snow storm hit the area. I still showed up for my appointment hoping to get it done. Emily and Adam(the tech who worked on my car) STILL showed up, in the storm, and took care of me!! Any other place would have probably shut down for the day! Kudos to Adam for getting under a wet and nasty car to do his job!! Top notch service!

We blew not one but two tires on our camper. They were very professional and got new tires balanced and mounted within minutes and we were able to hit the road. Thank you for your wonderful service.:)

Very polite and helpful front desk staff. Completed my NYS inspection and also advised me of other worn parts that need replacing to avoid further damage and expenses to my vehicle. I'll be scheduling my next visit here soon!

We've always had great service here. Quick appointments have been quick, and longer appointments have been ready before the projected time. The woman behind the front desk is nice and knowledgeable. We have taken our vehicles here for the last 2.5 years and have not had a negative experience.

Hello, a month ago or more I took my step sons '07 Suburban to Mr. Tire. I talked to Stacey about doing numerous repairs and maintenance to this aging family truckster. We Changed and or flushed the radiator fluid, brake fluid, power steering fluid, and both front and rear differentials w/oil and filter change upon my request.Beyond that I also requested the rack and pinion be replaced as well as the rotors and shoes on all 4 corners. I requested an accurate estimate prior to doing the work and received it; the price did not change and was fair. Stacey committed to doing it within 2 days while securing the parts and was able to do this. The job done and a month later we have had no issues... Stacey was a key component along with her crew. Stacey was able to retain receipts for me as this was a gift to a family man (my step son), and also make sure that the schedule was kept to get this vehicle back in service. This couldn't have gone smoother and a true breath of fresh air these days. Thanks again!

I hear a lot of negative feed back from other people in regards to Mr. Tire and I have taken several vehicles over the years to them. I am known by name, they always advise me of what will need to be fixed soon without the pressure of "now". I don't believe I have ever been lied to about my vehicles diagnosis. Anytime something has happened on accident it is handled at no extra cost. By far my preferred place to take my vehicle! I won't go anywhere else unless I have to.

Eric provides friendly and prompt service to all his customers. Very patient to explain any questions you have though they are very busy. The amazing thing is that they are even open on Saturdays and Sundays. The parking lot is always full of cars. Always best to call ahead and make an appointment for faster service. I bring my Toyota and Subaru here for servicing.

Ms Stacey had several calls at once and handled it with professionalism and efficiency.
She tires for my old 75 which are hard to find.
She also found a starter.
It is very rare to find such a dedicated employee like Stacey.

I always bring my car to Mr Tire for service I don’t drive much and don’t really know a lot about cars but I feel like the staff and technicians really listen to what I say and don’t try to take advantage of my lack of knowledge. I have never felt pressure. I am always greeted and feel like more than a number there. I will continue to bring my car to Mr Tire for all of my service needs.

Stacey was great helping me understand the new NYS Catalytic converter regulations today. I read the NAPA poster she had posted on the wall that helped me even understand more of these ruled. The crew up at Mr. Tire is always great.

Walked in, asked if a NYS inspection could be done, and the answer was yes!

In a day and age where labor shortages are the norm, the young man who came out to see what we needed got us in and out within a half an hour.

Eric and his crew are always friendly anytime I have my vehicle there. I love that they talk to me about what is going on with my vehicle and don't treat me any differently than they would a male customer! I won't take my vehicle anywhere else and always recommend them to others.

We always take our vehicles to Mr Tire and they never disappoint. It is wonderful being greeted by Stacey and working with Eric and his team. Everyone there is pleasant, knowledgeable and wonderful to work with. I highly recommend Eric and his team at Mr Tire for all our vehicle needs.

The customer service is impeccable and they are incredibly knowledgable about cars, contrasted with me who knows nothing. The prices are great and they really want you to be happy with their service. I have been to places that will charge you for the smallest stuff and Mr. Tire seems to value returning customers and customer satisfaction more than charging the pants off of you. As long as I am in this area I will probably always come here for my car servicing.

I had an excellent experience at this Mr. Tire location especially with an employee named Eric! He was able to accommodate me quickly, and once we realized what the problem was he was able to explain it to me for me to easily understand! The best part was I was in and out so fast! Lastly, the waiting area was very clean something you don’t see in a lot of shops so it was refreshing to see! This shop will definitely be my new go-to!

Well, FIRST IMPRESSIONS are the reason MR. TIRE got the business. Your STACY on the initial phone call: polite - pleasant - professional - accommodating - honest - AND CARING!! ...Very unusual in today's USA...STACY (not MR. TIRE) worked magic, got me right in, greeted me pleasantly AND professionally did the necessary paperwork...all while trying to answer the phone and as I observed treated EVERY SINGLE CUSTOMER with the above CUSTOMER SERVICE POLITENESS AND UNDERSTANDING! The tech who changed my oil and filter equally as businesslike....TOTALLY WOWED - STACY IS A KEEPER and MR. TIRE's CORPORATE AND DISTRICT should definitely reward this very special lady for not only my/our business but also all those who interacted with her (STACY)...GOT IT????

Great service. We just moved here and went in asking about all season tires that would work with the snow. They were honest, and actually said that my tires were as good as any of the new tires they could sell me. They also rotated my tires and fixed a sensor at no charge. Mr. Tire will now be the only tire place I deal with. So glad there are still good, honest companies still out there.

The staff and service at Mr. Tire in Horseheads is second to none. My wife and I needed a ton of work done, and sooner than expected. The recommendations and ability to get the work done on short notice was refreshing and comfortable because of the knowledge and demeanor behind the counter. We have been coming to this store for a while now and will continue to give Mr. Tire our business. I highly recommend their service both here and to whomever I run into that needs vehicle work done.
