Best pies ever! We just had the apple Dutch and blueberry Dutch pies at Christmas and they were so delicious!! We loved how much fruit was in the pies, which gave them a great texture and density. We stop there regularly on the weekend after skiing for apples, cider, tasty doughnuts and other treats. Thank you Hollenbeck’s!

It isn't Fall without a trip to Hollenbacks Cider Mill in Virgil, NY! Apples, cider, pies, donuts, and lots of yum! The pies are made on site and taste just as good year after year. Apple, cherry, pumpkin, peach, and pecan pies all available hot out of the oven. The smell is entoxicating. If you are in Central NY, make sure you stop in for some CNY fall flavors!

Hollenbeck's does not disappoint! The no sugar apple pie I bought to enjoy with family was EXCELLENT and my family couldn't have been happier with it!

Always love going here, and the hot, fresh donuts just melt in your mouth! They have so many different things to choose from. They have fresh apples, cider, pies, jams, jellies, pickles, and hot sauces, just to name a few. Their apple cider is the best in town!!

I just wanted to say that their apples, donuts, and cider are the best around!!! Just remember donuts are only on specific days. When you walk in the place smells delicious 😋... I definitely recommend anyone who hasn't gone there to to and che k it out. 🍎 🍏 🍎

Great destination for NY State Apples, Cider, Apple products, merch, and DONUTS!!! Donuts freshly made on site. A local favorite. We typically stop here on our trips between PA and Syracuse for Syracuse football games for refreshments and quality homemade products.

Great place for fresh apple cider. They have an old fashion apple press that you can watch them make the apple cider. Great donuts. Great pies and baked goods as well. They also have variety of cheeses.

Hollenbeck's provided 12 dozen cider donuts and 3 gallons of cider for our wedding this past Saturday and they were delicious and highly praised by our guests. Thank you!

Great fresh cider and at times grape juice, fantastic fresh made (while you wait) donuts, bakery, and of course apples of all varieties and many local/regional items.

Absolutely the best cider I ever had. Brought in a gallon to work and it was gone by the end of the day. Everyone loved it. The quality is amazing.

As usual a great place for yummy selections. Got my donuts, pie, cheese and pancake mix. Plan to return soon to get more delicious food.

Great selection of local farm products, such as cheese, apples, cider and baked goods. The staff is very friendly. Please note fresh donuts are only made on weekends. Their cheese curds are delicious as well as their "clusters" They also have mulling spices for the mulled cider season.

Great place to get fresh NY apple varieties and the only place that I know of that sells boiled apple cider.

Greatest cider and bakery. The pies are so good, people travel from all over to bring them back to places near and far. Same to be said for the cider and donuts. The place is only open during fall, winter and parts of spring but worth going often to get the best quality items. There isn't anything like a fresh donut hot off the press!

Stumbled across this place during a weekend trip in the Finger Lakes. The apples are sooo fresh and delicious and they have excellent prices. Just walking into the store, you're greeted by the sweet, subtle apple scent. Definitely worth a visit when you're in the area!
