Hope Lake Lodge & Conference Center

My family usually goes twice a year. The water park is wonderfully heated and so is the outdoor pool. Great entertainment, the mountain coaster is our favorite besides taking the lift to top of mountain in the fall to see the leaves change. The rooms at the hotel are clean, try to get a balcony it is beautiful! Shoppes and resturants are good. The only problem we had is a convention was there on our one trip we had drunk people knocking into us putting stuff on our table while we were eating and one night around 230 am a lady knocked at our door (we were there with elderly family celebrating our sons 10th bday husband thought it was them since they were having health issues opened door to a very drunk convention goer pushing past him screaming at the top of her lungs and started to strip her clothing off. He stood his ground got the half dressed woman out of the room where she continued to bang on our door. we called down to front desk and reported and did same in am they did nothing.

Stayed in a 2 bedroom suite and it was great. Looking forward to next time. The only drawback was the lines at the elevators at peak times since there were only 2 elevators for the whole place. So give yourself a little extra time to get where you're going and you'll be fine.

We didn't use the hotel , used the indoor water park . It's very decent size
And good rides for almost all ages
There is a small arcade area outside as well

My daughter attended a birthday party at the water park inside the Lodge. This place, as part of the greater Greek Peak resort, is unique to the area. It was packed, so it's a popular place. They have a hot food kiosk.
At the pools, there are a lot of lifeguards. The facilities seem well maintained.

The Beautiful & Sophisticated "Adirondeck Style" Hope Lake Lodge in the Finger Lakes Region with over 200 Luxury Guest Suites are like no other!!! We chose the Highly Coveted "Split Rock Suite" ...their most popular suite... for our 4 day "Fall '23 Get Away."

Our Suite was fantastic!!! The Split Rock Suite offers 855 sq ft of "Pure Mountain Luxury & Indulgence" including a Sleeping Area with 2 Queen Beds, Full Bath, and a Private Balcony on one side of the Suite....connecting via a door to the other side of the Suite with a large Beautifully Decorated and Cozy Living Room with Roaring Fireplace, A Large Dining Area, Large Sleeper Sofa, a Murphy Bed, Full Bath, and a Full Kitchen Area, all decorated in Warm & Inviting "Adirondeck Style" Decor'.

This Luxurious Suite can accommodate up to 8 people. However, it was just the 2 of us traveling for Business....so we had a large luxurious space to ourselves...feeling as though we were in an Elegant & Spacious "Lodge Style Apartment" in a Grand Lodge in the Adirondeck Mountains!!!

Our selected Suite was also on a High Floor (4th Floor) on the "Valley Side" of the Lodge which provided us with Breathtaking Panoramic Views of the Beautiful Fall Follage...all while enjoying our Private Balcony... and all overlooking the Gorgeous Valley, the Hope Lake Lodge Outdoor Patio Area, the Year Round Outdoor Pool & Hot Tub, and the Wedding Venue. Wow!!!

Mr. John Davie, General Manager, is exceptional in his Professionalism and Customer Oriented Style. Mr. Davie and his entire Staff assisted us throughout our stay making us feel like "VIP" Guests!!! Mr. Davie's Strong Work Ethic combined with his Extraordinary Personality and Customer Service Skills are why his Guests and entire Staff adore him!!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our "Fall '23 Get Away" stay here, which was relaxing and memorable...as we experienced this unique opportunity to "reconnect with nature" in the Fingerlakes Region!!! Thank you Gorgeous Hope Lake Lodge at Greek Peak Mountain Resort!!!

Great location. Wonderful views. The food is fantastic and the staff is very helpful. Indoor water park is great for all ages.

My 10 year old granddaughter had so much fun. The Waterpark is small, but she enjoyed the wave pool, outdoor pool, and water slides. She also enjoyed the mountain coaster. She went with her Aunt on the ropes course. She was scared a few times, and the young woman who was working that morning came out to her and helped her. Wish I remembered her name. She was great. Can't wait to take her again!

We were a bit disappointed at how early the pool/waterpark closed on 7/16 after buying 9 waterpark tickets and renting a cabana.

The service at the bar was amazing, our bartender was Nichole. She was very nice, chatted with us, and made amazing drinks. We ordered dinner and sat at the bar to eat instead of taking it up to our room because of Nichole's amazing customer service!

Hope Lake Lodge is probably the most convenient hotel to visit when heading to Greek Peak in the winter or summer. Awesome service, awesome water park with a wave pool, and overall an awesome experience. On our trip to Greek Peak, we enjoyed having a shuttle (shout-out to Dean the driver) go by every 10 minutes, which made the way from the hotel to the mountain so much faster and easier. The steakhouse food is yummy, the water park is fun, clean, and the people working there are nice, shout-out also to Joan at the front door for being so welcoming. A full service Starbucks in the lobby and games to borrow from the front desk are icing on the top for a great place to stay.

If you are skiing at Greek Peak, then this is the place to stay. The desk clerk Summer was very efficient to get our RFID card loaded at the lodge, with an $80 discount. This saved a stop at the Greek Peak ticket sales desk. There was a ski check at the front door, which was REALLY polite. The shuttle ran every 10 minutes, so it was like a ski-in/ski-out accommodation. The rooms are owned as "timeshares" and rented out by the lodge management. We had a small room, with a queen bed, 3piece lav, kitchen (stove, range, microwave, fridge, dishwasher and sink) dining table, fireplace and couch. The room was clean and well stocked.

We enjoyed the Bocat pub. There were three taxidermy mounts of bobcats. We also enjoyed the indoor / outdoor hot tub.

Had a very nice time with my family here! Can't wait to visit again!

Traveled to the water park and arcade for just a day. All the staff were attentive. The areas were clean and well maintained. A few of the splash pad items have stopped working and the small child area happened to be closed for the day

Rooms could use a bit more lighting...but this is a beautiful place for sure

With the staff being short handed they were polite and helpful. i still had a relaxing time. Dinner was great and the zip-line was outstanding. The water park was small (compared to Great wolf lodge) however large enough for my 2 (10 and 8)kids to enjoy immensely. Room was clean and the views incredible. we drove 4 hours from NYC and we re-booked for October. Also note short trip to Ithaca and hiking to waterfalls was a plus.

More than satisfied its a great place to stay with young kids. This place has everything that a parent needs for their kids. fun indoor and outdoor. The customer service is awesome every one of their employees go obove and beyond to help and make your stay comfortable. But I would suggest to book your trip calling them because their website has some kind of glitch. For example we booked the package sizzling summer midweek but found of the system switch our package to 10% off and when you get 10% off you don't get the package that includes water park tickets coaster ride and $100 restaurant credit. But as I mentioned the customer service is awesome and when I told them about this problem they give me tickets for water park and rides with discount right there I definitely come back here and I do recommend it to everyone.

We stopped in the bar for a quick drink and snack. The onion soup was really good served by our super friendly bartender, Tammi. She was a delight encouraging us to return for dinner.

We were in the mood for a good steak and expected a hotel restaurant type of meal. My filet was superb! Prepared perfectly and the salad and sides were also delish.

I thought my room was amazing, I liked what we got for the price. Only 10 minutes outside of Cortland was super nice as well. Wish the balcony in my room was open and available, but otherwise I loved it and was super comfortable. Also staying there gives you a discount to the adventure park across the street, which was a nice bonus

We were at the Land Rover 75th Jubilee celebration and had a wonderful time. The staff were great to work with and the service, food, and entire venue were outstanding!

Love love love this place! The staff here is wonderful. From the lifeguards to the snack shack employees they are always pleasant and helpful. Park is always the right temperature, and the waters nice and warm too. One big thing is that it’s always clean, water, slides and the locker rooms!

My family and I enjoyed our trip to HLL. The room was more than we expected. I loved the atmosphere. It gave me real cabin vibes which was lovely. The views from the room were spectacular. The kids really liked the indoor water park and spent hours there ! All in all no complaints and would recommend taking a vacation here. We'll certainly be back
