I always have the best experience here. Both Dr. Michelle and Dr. Phil have always been so professional and caring. The staff are so friendly and make me feel like they genuinely care for my dogs. They always make time to answer my questions and don't make me feel rushed. I would highly recommend Clough Pike Veterinarian Clinic!

We have been coming to Clough Pike since we moved to Cincinnati 9 years ago. Doctors Phil and Michelle are very knowledgeable and extremely caring. We have 4 dogs so we are there a lot! I can't thank them enough for all they do to take care of our fur babies. If you like a smaller practice with a family feel, this is the place for you. Staff is fantastic as well.

We started to come to this vet after a recommendation from a close friend. We are so glad we listened! The staff have been nothing short of wonderful! Always polite and respectful, always happy to see our puppy Hank. We had an issue with Hank eating some Cotton objects and he wasn’t eating correctly. They got me in the same day and stayed almost 2 hours after they were closed to make sure Hank got all the treatment he needed! I left with detail instructions on feeding and medication and they asked me to call them on Saturday and let them know how he was doing. There service is above top notch! We love Clough Pike veterinary Clinic!

I had to put my sweet Hermione to sleep today. I was dreading it so much, but I didn't want her to suffer. I've had her for 18 years. I can't remember the names of those that helped, but they were absolutely amazing to my sweet kitty, and gave me plenty of time with her before the process and after. I forgot to get a paw print at home, but they offered that service too. Probably one of the hardest days of my life, and the process was simple and caring. They even gave her treats as a they checked her over to confirm that this was the best decision for her, and she was very appreciative of it too. They were wonderful. Thank you.

Love the Vets and the staff! My dogs seemed to enjoy our visits there. They were actually happy to be there! That fact alone made it easier to go to the Vets. Six months ago I had to euthanize one of my dogs. They were so thoughtful, compassionate and caring. It really touched my heart. They made sure that his last moments with me were pleasant ones, and I am forever so grateful! They've been my Vets for years and will remain my Vets until my last dog takes his last breath. If you want caring, compassionate people that don't make you feel like a "number" this is the place for you and your pets!

My German Shepard had a ear infection. They are great and really care. My dog Gus really likes the vet she takes time and explains every thing to you and is a very nice person. The staff is very good and helpful even helped me out to the car with Gus. I will always take Gus to them.

I moved to Amelia in mid ‘14. I made it a point to see every office in person before I committed to a vet. Dr. Phil showed me around (larger clinics made me wait for half an hour before they took me around, which to me is a giant red flag) and didn’t hesitate to show me the facilities since my dogs would be boarding there as well as being treated there. They always took very good care of my dogs. Even when I moved to Florida, I was gone 2 years and I called Dr. Michelle for her opinion on one of my pups. Yes, I could have gone down the street to UF and asked a stranger, but I trust Clough Pile and they knew my animals. Even between moving from Amelia to Florida, I moved to Mt. Washington, I still would make the drive, because good veterinary care is worth the travel! I highly recommend Clough Pike! They never steered me wrong!

Great prices, great staff, great doctor. I highly recommend this vet clinic. My dog can be hard to handle and they did an awesome job at it with a smile on their face.

I have been using Dr Phil at Clough Pike for years, the doctors and staff have always been, attentive, considerate and professional. They have provided my dogs and cats with everything from the usual routine care to laser therapy and acupuncture for my aging Newfoundland.
I have always been very pleased with the service my animals have received.

Today was our 1st experience here. It was a great experience getting our 7mos old puppy Dixie spayed. The staff & care we received was excellent! We have other animals & will be taking them here from now on. They were the most reasonably priced around. They did not require a Vet visit before hand like most do. So, we saved money that I’m grateful for. They did not require pre anesthesia blood work either. Again, we saved money. They allowed us to bring Dixie home hours after her recovery to be in the comfort of her own home with her siblings. This causes less stress on her & everybody else. Dr. Michelle called both myself & my husband to let us know how she did for her surgery. I’m thrilled to have found them. Another thing they had was a sign at the entrance welcoming all the animals names being cared for that day. Keep up the excellent care Clough Pike Vets!

We have been taking our dogs to Clough Pike since Dr's Michelle and Phil started this practice. They are the best in every way in every visit! It shows that each staff member truly cares about our animals.

Dr. Phil and Dr. Michelle are great vets and listen to the concerns of their pets and owners. They genuinely care about the wellbeing of their patients. They go out of their way to make sure your pet is seen even on a moment’s notice. They even filled prescriptions for us within a hour of request so our aging dog does not miss her scheduled meds. I recommend the Clough Pike Veterinary Clinic to anyone with pets. They charge a reasonable amount for their expertise and empathy.

In the last 6 years they have been my furchildren's vet. They are kind, caring and do amazing work. They do not skimp on treatment. I have taken in animals that I've fostered as well as my 5 animals and I have never had anything but praise for every one at their office. If I could give more stars I would. They are amazing and truly care about the animals they treat.
Unless it's an emergency I don't go anywhere else.

The entire facility is amazing, and the staff is great. When I moved into the area, they welcomed me and my kitties as though we had been going there for life. My kitties had always had issues with past vets, mainly because they were handled rather rough. Though they're great, its the little things that have kept me going back. For example, they have a chalkboard sign out front where they write all the pets' names that they have coming in that day. Little touches like that make this business wonderful.

I have 3 cats and I treat them like they are my children. Recently one of my cats had fallen ill. He was vomiting everywhere and hadn’t ate in 24 hours. The closest 24/7 animal clinic was 45 minutes away, so desperately I called them within the hour they closed and asked if there was any way they could get me in. They were so generous to accept us so late. Upon arriving, everyone was super kind. They really took the time to get to know me and my cat before treating him. I will definitely be coming to this practice more often! Dr. Phil Kelch was amazing!

I’m grateful for the kindness and compassion always shown by the doctors and staff at Clough Pike Veterinary Clinic. Most recently I’m thankful for the honest and thoughtful consultation given regarding a very sick cat I brought in. All my expectations are met with friendly, kind and honest people as well as reasonable cost! I live in Kentucky and have experienced many vets in the area and wouldn’t go anywhere but Clough Pike. My cat MissySue all of the sudden quit eating and drinking and was just laying around becoming lethargic, I didn't know what I was going to do. I am on disability therefore I can't afford much to spend. I had called other vets that did not offer an appointment and or were much to expensive just by telling me what they would need to do in order to find the problem. I called Clough Pike Veterinary Clinic and was offered an appointment that day. The staff was extremely nice and Dr. Phil took such great care of Missy. He gave me options because he knew I couldn't afford a lot but this would give help me and him to take care of her. He took so much time with us. Everything was explained and the costs. I can't say enough good things about Dr. Phil and all of his team. I can't thank them enough for getting my MissySue back to her old self, and within my budget. I highly recommend Clough Pike Veterinary Clinic, they truly care about the animals and their clients.
