Having purchased over $3k in equipment, pilot supplies, training aids, headsets, airplane cleaning products, oil, filters and so much more, I’ve never had any problems.

Visited the airport l in Sept ‘20 for work. Great service! Large selection of aviation things in warehouse and lots on showroom. Neat memorabilia. Food available upstairs but selection was slim at the time.

Ordered the Thrustmaster TPR pedals. They arrived fast and in perfect condition. They were out of stock every where else and I remembered Sporty's, from the time I lived North of Cincinnati. I looked up their website and sure enough they had them in stock.

Shipped and arrived promptly, as advertised, and at an outstanding value. Almost half the price of the big guys. I also got free shipping by signing up for the newsletter.

I mistakenly thought I needed customer support, so I emailed them. I got a human response within 24 hours. I had already figured out my issue, so I can't speak for helpfulness or returns, but they were quick in their response considering I emailed outside of business hours.

Went there for my part 107 UAV drone test for FAA. The staff was polite the facility was clean. Testing area was good. You are monitored by camera while you test. I prefer the camera over someone staring at me while I test. Passed the test and was out of there quickly. Would recommend 👌

I have been very satisfied with my orders placed through Sporty's Pilot Shop. Any time I have had concerns, they are always VERY proactive about fixing them. Their website showed the item was in-stock on my last order, but it wasn't. After discussing the issue with Chris, he found a great alternative and took care of the shipping for me.

The online ordering from Sporty's has been a great experience. The selection of products has fit my needs perfectly and I have received all of my orders quickly and complete. Everything was in stock. I had one question that I felt needed phone assistance because I just could not put into my email what I needed and they were great. As a business owner we strive to hit the mark every time at our company but there will always be a time when it does not go as we hope. That's when you know how good a company really is when they work with you and make it right. Wonderful customer service! Helpful associates assisted me with my order online. I ordered the Departure/Arrival mat. It came in 2 days! It was perfect, the thickness and wearability I was looking for.
It is going to be a great gift. Spectacular experience!

These guys are freaking' crazy. I ordered a headset and kneeboard and a copy of the FAR AIM from them. Now, I live near Columbus so they're only 2 hours away, but shipping was LIGHTNING quick, but I had an issue with FedEx and had to track down the truck to get my package. Because of this, even though it was not Sporty's fault, they sent me, and I'm not joking, a $50 GIFT CARD. You want to talk about service and quality, these guys are top of the ranks. I wish I could leave more than 5 stars for these guys, I really do!!!

Sporty' went above and beyond ( no pun intended) when I had a problem ordering a sectional that I needed for a cross country during my flight training. I was amazed how quickly they contacted me and made it right. They made a loyal customer out of me that day. Second to none customer service.

Amazing company. Their online ground school taught me everything I needed. Every product I've ordered is in great shape and arrives quickly. If there's a problem with an order a real person calls to get it straight.

I have no intention or reason to stop buying from these guys.
My suggestion is if you have a bad experience with customer service check your attitude first. They are there to help us as customers...not to be insulted over product performance that they cannot control.

I was there on December 14, 2018, this place is just spectacular! If you need to find a place that sells you pilot supplies then Sporty's is definitely the place to buy! I bought some pilot supplies from Sporty's and they work great. Also they have a beautiful controlled airport here and if you just have a day where you are really are not doing anything, I would recommend going to Sporty's!!

They had the best prices on aircraft radios and it was nice that I could test them out in my hands before deciding which model to buy. Also generous owner let me try his Segway for a class project. Great shop!

If you want anything aviation related, Sporty's is the place to check out. They have a huge online presence, and anything they have online can be picked up directly here without needing to pay shipping. Great little museum and aviation associated services as well. Really a one stop shop for general aviation.

I discovered Sporty’s last year when I started my flight training, they have been absolutely the best aviation supply company to work with, their shipping is quick and they have the best customer service, they deserve 10 stars, great company, I highly recommend them for your aviation needs
