This place is awesome!! Next level!!! They focus on cleanliness, and safety! I’ve never had an experience like this anywhere else! They were very descriptive, and knowledgeable on all of their equipment. Great customer service!! Family oriented!!very nice!! and patient with my kids! They answered every question I had about their lawn mowers. I purchased a gravely Zero turn, and they delivered it to my house free of charge!!!!? I would recommend this business to family and anyone I run into!! A+

I had been quoted much higher prices from another local shop in the area and went here based on the recommendation of a friend an man I’m glad they did! The wife backed her Tahoe into my zx52 while it was in the driveway, so the deck needed to be repaired or replaced but I wasn’t sure. These guys got it looking and mowing brand new, way faster and much cheaper than I had expected. Very happy with the overall experience and work that was done. I purchased a ZT HD 48 from ORPE. Joel was incredibly knowledgeable about the product! I was thinking of going With a Pro Turn, which would have cost significantly more, Joel asked some questions and listened to my needs and suggested I go with the HD line and save money while still getting a high quality product. I am just in the research stage of buying a new zero-turn, but I am very detail oriented and like to have all the facts, opinions, and knowledge up front. I cannot express how patient and helpful Joel and his staff have been each time I have called. I have been on the phone with him for over 15 mins each time and he never rushes me or makes me feel as though I am a bother. That speaks volumes to his business practices!!

Joel literally saved up thousands of dollars. My husband was convinced he needed a more expensive Pro Turn series. Joel asked some questions and directed to to a Gravely HD. Its not often you get that kind of honest and integrity out of someone in the sales world. These guys are truly a cut above.

I want to share my personal thoughts on ORPE. I started working here 5 weeks ago and honestly when I started working here we were so behind on service ordered from previous mechanics not knowing what they were doing. 5 minutes to check the basics on a engine will save from what it seems these old mechanics took days doing. I make it my personal responsibility to do the best work I can to help get this service shop back on its feet. Please do let the over priced judgment callers scare you from bringing your equipment in. This new teams gets stuff done in a timely manner and out the door. We don’t milk the jobs to get more money from you. We are flat rate and mean business. My name is Triston Goodnite and I am your new technician at Ohio River Power Equipment. I just bought a Cub Cadet Z-Force zx 54. And I love this mower! Great on hillsides, and the guys from Ohio River Power Equipment are a great bunch of guys, very knowledgeable about the mowers they sell. Treated me like family. Keep up the great work fellows, and thanks again.

Just purchased a Gravely ZTX 52 from the guys at Ohio River Power Equipment. Great bunch of guys to work with, “good ole boys” atmosphere, but also very knowledgeable on the equipment they sell. Would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to purchase some lawn care equipment.

I brought my kubota generator to them because it did not seem to run properly they inspected it and gave me a quick tutorial on the machine I have not had a problem with it since the cost was NO CHARGE I am very happy with the service I received and no body said man what a dummy ( at least where I could hear them say it.the problem was owner ignorance not mechanical or electrical than god in heaven
I purchased the unit when we had a real leader in this country and tbe userper was about to come into office.it was a used unit and had no idea how it was to be hooked up but thanks to them I do now.thank you guys fir your help.and god bless you all and god bless america and the rightful president of the united states DONALD J.TRUMP.
