Food as always at Bob Evan's was great. But the best part of our visit was our waitress Nora. She was AMAZING. She was so friendly and helpful. Even helping us decide on a hotel to spend the night. Her advice was very much appreciated. She went above and beyond just serving the excellent food. She seems to really enjoy her job, which is so refreshing. We will remember her and stop here on our way home and any time we travel this way.

Great food,restaurant well taken care of and updated,only thing was they need more people to have great service.

Had breakfast with my wife today. Food was great and so was the service. The price was good ($20 for both of us including the tip). I have not had a bad experience eating here in the past couple of years.

We met up with friends that I hadn't seen for over 40 yrs. We talked till they were mopping the floors! 🤣 They never rushed us, and it was just perfect! Thank you for making us feel so welcome!!

They always take care of us! We have an annual band camp meal with several dozen students and teachers. They always do great.

Just sad that the pot roast hash is no longer on the menu.

I just want to say this morning we stopped in and an elderly gentlemen waved and said good morning to us and our daughter and little did I know he was going to bless us with paying for our food after having a long drive ahead to our destination to get to vacation. Also our food was amazing service was great I can’t remember our servers name and I’m sorry for that because she was amazing I hope you and your littles have an amazing time in gatlinburg in a few weeks.

Very good. Bob Evans just a great place. Super food. Very nice people. I highly recommend you give it a try and it's probably the best breakfast in the area.

Food was fresh and quite delicious as always. The waitress was kind and accommodating. She kept our coffees full and hot, and kept us in creamer and sugar. The service was fast, and very little wait time for seating, and also for our food to get to our table. Love the Jackson Bob Evans restaurant. We will be returning when in town.

Excellent! They double - wrapped the silverware giving an automatic second napkin!

This was our best visit here ever! We were seated quickly and had our drinks right away. Of course it took a bit for the food but it wasn't to long and the food was great. Our server was attentive and we didn't have any complaints. Had heard they were much better and it was great!!!

I had the best server. Food was good but not great I ordered something different than what I usually get maybe that's why but I would likely give 4 1/2 stars for the food and service definitely 5 for service and 4 for food. I usually love the food too though.
