Always wonderful to do business with But have a hard time reaching them on the phone lately and Antartica call center cannot answer my question. So I am frustrated that someone is not at my local bank to answer the phone and give me an answer to my question. Other than that I have no complaints with my bank. Great people, just wish I could actually talk to someone.

I bank at the Banner Bank in Clarkston, WA. I love all the ladies that work there. They make it a point to remember your name & are always very friendly. Plus I love that I don't have to travel that far to go to the bank.

Best banking ever. Always has the answer to any problem. Without a doubt your best branch.

Easy to open accounts and friendly service, slightly under staffed so there may be a wait but the location and access to drive through is convenient

Good bank but good luck getting help, especially if you don't have all the information and don't know a lot. They will snap at you and get rude with you and talk to you like your an idiot

Been a Banner Bank customer for awhile and frequently deposit my husbands checks into my account.Today my husband and I went to the drive-thru together to deposit a check and the teller denied the transaction stating it was “up to his discretion”. No other explanation. (You can deposit a check with someone else's name on it if they've signed it and either made it payable to you or written "For deposit only" under their signature on the back.) fortunately my local branch provides far better customer service.
