What a great experience from start to finish. I have never had this easy of a car buying experience. Everyone I dealt with at Rogers Toyota treated me well. The process was fair and honest and done entirely online except the handoff!
Isaac was a great person to work with. He brought my new vehicle and was as happy for me as I was. I definitely would recommend them to anyone.

Let’s be real, buying a car is stressful! Your eyes are swimming with numbers and a lot of zeros. I had a poor experience at another Toyota dealership up north and soon after reached out to Matt Sager who gave me a night and day experience. It was so easy and SO seamless and his communication, professionalism and transparency was amazing and so much appreciated. I knew exactly what I wanted and he worked so hard to find the exact model and color I was set on. Matt was personable, thorough and honest. He will come with high recommendations from me. Sam in financing was also very accommodating and explained the leasing process so I felt even more confident in my decision. It was all quick, easy and I felt nothing but support from the whole crew! 10/10 experience! Thank you Matt and thank you Rogers! Happy to be back in the Toyota fam!

Shannon was great. I took my car in for an oil change late in the afternoon. She knew u was in a hurry. They changed my oil and checked my brakes and all fluids promptly. The car wash guy had left for the day, so Shannon went above and beyond and washed my car herself! Excellent customer service from Shannon. I will be back! Bought my second car from this dealership yesterday and the experience was phenomenal as always. Matt Sager was our sales person and he made sure we left with the best deal. My Wonderful experience......with Mr. Kyle Neal, continued AFTER my purchase! As I posted previously, "---whatever the quality is that makes you trust a person, Kyle has it in spades! Words that describe my experience with him include: no pressure, straightforward, knowledgeable, sincere, and clear. He is the reason I bought my car at Rogers."
I also posted: "Several times I was told the key fob insurance was $199, on the day I purchased the car, it was $295. I guess it went up in price."
In the face of my car purchase, I was NOT concerned with this increase.
Nonetheless, Kyle read my Google review. He contacted me and is reimbursing me for the increased Key fob insurance! INCREDIBLE! THIS IS OUTSTANDING SERVICE!

I’m extremely pleased with my experience from Roger’s Toyota. Last week I was having transmission issues with my 2015 Tacoma. I called the service repair center and they quickly got me in and sent me home with a rental vehicle free of charge. My service advisor Tyler Martin and tech Josh Hattenburg worked hard to find and repair the issues and keep me updated throughout the process. Unfortunately I didn’t have the time to make sure everything was repaired before I move to Georgia to continue my military career so I decided to do a trade in which turned out to be the best decision. My sales consultant Ross Ivie made this trade in process extremely easy. I decided to upgrade to a new Toyota Tacoma 2023. I appreciate his dedication to helping me get the best deal for this purchase with the least amount of stress. The whole team at Roger’s Toyota helped make me feel at ease and confident that I came to the right place! Great job to the whole team!

Kyle Neal work with us over email to refine the deal, he came up with a price we liked and allowed us to do most of our paperwork from home. I had such a wonderful experience with Roger's! For me, getting into a new vehicle was emergent, because my vehicles transmission went out! I saw something I liked and called about it! I live and work in Troy, so it was hard for me to get down there to look at cars. I worked with a gentleman name Chris who went above and beyond for me! He did all the paperwork and was even willing to bring the vehicle to me! They turned a stressful situation into a wonderful experience! I just feel very blessed! Thank you so much!❤🖤

My friend referred me to Kerrie and I am so glad he did, I told her what I wanted and she found it. When I arrived to the dealership I was in and out in about an hour. Adam Randall helped me get my 2nd vehicle from Rogers Toyota. He’s very understanding and does his best to help you and help you understand the whole process of buying a vehicle from them. Overall he’s awesome and rocks at his job.

Marie Woodward was an awesome salesperson who went way above and beyond to make my truck dreams come true! She stayed late multiple times, came in on her day off to show me new vehicles, and even after purchase is making sure I understand the ins and outs of my new Tacoma. She was very straight forward with her answers and if she didn’t know the answer she would find out and circle back around instead of leaving me hanging! 10/10 recommend using Marie at rogers for your new car needs!
