Wasem's Pharmacy and Home Medical

I have purchased from all of the stations offered of services and even as I come into the store to just browse I am treated from a happy check out person. I am so appreciative of their service to have my med's into a Bubble Pack and delivered to my door and since I am almost house bound you can see why.
If there was anything I could change it would be to put in a service elevator that can dble as a way a wheel chairs can shop down stairs too. Your selection of toys to art and paint for hobbies, there is the most beautiful jewelry and apparel that equals to the most quality of stores. Herbs and a good selection of homeopathy and over the counter drugs and well as the best inside cafe coffee and pie shack in the whole of WA and ID. Even I can hire someone to make house calls to fix or look into my electric bed or wheel chair problems. I'm sure their is more services than I have even used or mentioned. I appreciate coming into your little cafe for homemade pies and coffee and feel I've stepped back into a real soda shop pharmacy & store from the 50's. Thanks Wassums for treating us all so politely. James has been trusting Wasems with his CPAP supplies for years.
The service is always grade A with no poor interactions that we can speak of.
Sue keeps the area well stocked and she can always get something ordered in quickly if we are ever in need.
We don't shop at the store for much else, but we do come here for medical devices, such as air casts, slings, etc.
We suggest coming here before going to Walmart, if you can-- the selection is better.

The staff at Wasem’s is knowledgeable and always helpful. I have a great experience if I’m in the pharmacy area, the gift shop or grabbing a bag of popcorn 😁

As I arrived on crutches, the gal from the Cafe came out to assist with the door. So appreciated! Yolanda in Home Medical was exceptional at taking care of everything. Her service was above and beyond and very professional. Overall, very impressed with Wasems customer service.

A big thank you to the ladies in the home health department! See if I can remember the names who helped me through the process: Wendy, Sam, Diane, and Dana? I work as a caregiver to help others all the time, but struggle to care for myself. I needed a brace for an injury and I lost hope with the referral being denied. The ladies though did all they could with great communication and staying on the ball with the referral until it was approved! Thank you again for caring to get what I needed. 💞

Awesome customer service. Great selection. Very charming and nostalgic. It's like they have been frozen in time. A great lunch spot, they have a good selection of home medical equipment, or if home decor or gifts are what you are looking for, Wasem's has you covered.

Pharmacist Cindy has been so helpful with my disabled brother’s medications over the years. When I had moved my parents into assisted living, she even overnighted prescriptions that we were nearly out of. This was so helpful during a time of transition
& when the medications were needed most. Her above & beyond efforts saved the day and made everything go smoothly.

Also the fact that they do pill bubble packs is awesome and makes it so convenient! There is never any worry in mixing up meds or keeping track of doses taken... they given exceptional service always!

Great staff they take the time to see you have what you need even when it's busy. If your in a hurry they have many registers placed in the store to help your visit be fast. But if you like to take time and look around Wasems have a variety of things in the store and they gift wrap.

So many fun gift ideas! And we actually went back to get more popcorn because it was so good. Try the vanilla caramel flavor!

The best prices and service of any pharmacy in Clarkston, they go the extra mile without having to ask them to. Their durable medical equipment area is great and also very helpful.

An elderly man fell outside theWasems Drug store. My daughter, an RN, & I went to help him. The RN who works at Wasems also came out to help. Everyone in the store was so helpful & nice. We had him go by ambulance to be checked out after my daughter verified that his insurance would pay for it. I didn't know that an RN was on duty at the store. This business takes to heart & service over & above what most pharmacies do.

I was from out of town and missing some needed medical supplies. She went above and beyond to help! And it’s a great little gift shop with unique items too!
