This place is a gem. Candace the owner is wonderful. She patiently sat beside me and taught me how to knit - NOT an easy task considering my total lack of skill and ability. Looking forward to shopping and learning there some more in the future.

I love this shop! The selection is amazing with a variety of trunk shows to add to the mix. The owner is so kind and knowledgeable, I’m not sure there’s anything she can’t make! Her handsome little side kick is equally helpful and always greets me with a smile. I appreciate the variety and ability to support a small business when shopping for gifts and project supplies. The classes have been enjoyable, Candice has the patience of a saint!

I finally was able to visit here today and I love the store and the women. I need some help with crocheting and found out they offer 1 on 1 tutoring which is perfect for my needs. So I think I’ve found what I’ve been looking for. 😃

I just love this local craft shop. The owner, Candace, is so thoughtful and helpful in many ways. She takes the time to understand what I’m looking for in my project and is very supportive with providing guidance that makes sense. Not only is there a variety of products but I love that there is so much yarn selection in brands, textures, and colors! I recommend this shop 10 out of 10. Honestly it’s nice to know that you’re supporting someone that shows compassion and is committed to making such an inclusive environment. If you haven’t been there, you have to go!

Stitch & Skein is a GREAT local yarn shop! They have yarn for everyone and for every budget - genuinely something for everyone interested in fiber crafts! Marion is lucky to have such a gem of a local yarn shop in their community and I love getting to work with Candice. She is so knowledgeable and does so many cool things in her community with her fiber craft skills and knowledge.

What a great store ran by a wonderful person and mother. Candice goes the full mile to help her customers. I have been to many yarn stores, both large with every yarn line imaginable to tiny shops with only a few brands, and Stitch and Skein is the best in my opinion. Candice is willing to help you with finding the perfect yarn for a project and to help out when you're stuck too.

Amazing! So excited to have a fiber crafts store in town! Anyone you run into there is incredibly kind and the selection of fiber is wonderful. They also have some fiber from local suppliers so its helping other small businesses. They offer classes and are very helpful with any questions. Love love love this place!

Stitch & Skein is an awesome small business with a dedicated owner who bends over backwards to help her customers. She is the most knowledgeable person on yarns and fiber arts I have ever met and makes great effort to locally source the products she carries -- helping yet more small businesses achieve their dreams!

Candice is super knowledgeable and helpful. She works hard to make sure you get what you need for the project at hand and does a great job showing what you can do that you may not have thought of. Also a great person to just chat with.

The owner is so patient with while your learning. She made my Mothers Day memorable and my Moms! Such a great experience!
