Our charity was looking for a fun way to portray our mission to help kids live a happy, healthy life at large scale national events and the concept of mascots came to mind. We researched 4 companies and decided to award our project to Promo Costumes for many reasons - but mostly their incredible experienced and professional staff, lead by Lyn. Katie, Dan and the whole crew worked through the holidays to get every detail of our Life Time Foundation "FUN BUNCH" just right. From intake to development, to design to finishes and even the delivery was a good experience. We had lots of questions, having never done this before, and Lyn and Dan were patient and kind. They delivered 6 colorful mascots that were within our budget and on time. This was a major accomplishment and meant to work closely, but it was the best marketing investment we have made to date. The FUN BUNCH have plans to travel throughout the country this summer and they have done wonders to help raise awareness, advocacy and donations for the Life Time Foundation!!

We worked with Promo Costumes to design a custom tick mascot as a tool for tickborne disease prevention outreach engagement. We were not easy customers! We wanted a biologically accurate, yet still somewhat friendly tick mascot. The team was incredibly communicative
throughout the design process and was responsive to all of our requests for design edits. They knew how to guide us when one of our requests would have resulted in a costume that was difficult to wear or unmanageable. We looked into several companies, and Promo Costumes provided us with an excellent mascot for a competitive price. If we can, we would absolutely work with them again.

When we received our mascot from the team at Promo Costumes, we were blown away by their level of detail and creativity. This was our first mascot experience. Lyn and Dan held our hand through every phase of design, educated us on the process, and recommended changes that greatly enhanced our initial vision.

It is rare and refreshing to work with a company that exceeds expectations. We look forward to working with them again for our next project.
