Went to Ashley and she was incredibly rude to me and incredibly uncaring! She also does mostly virtual visits so when you have a problem that needs to seen by a doctor they either make you wait till she’s in office or go to urgent care. The nurse left my door open and I could hear all of the office talk with the patients regarding medications and medical history. Finally got an appointment in and she order for lab and scans and said the scans for my back should come back within the day and she would let me know. I knew the labs would take a while but the scans were to see if my tailbone was broken and what was wrong with my back. She never called me back. I gave her an extra day and still no call. I called into the office asking for the results and they said they would contact her. I got no call back that day. I called again asking for the results and they didn’t get them again. Finally she had one of the nurses call me and say what my results were and then hung up. I get a call later that the doctor wants me back in for a follow up on my labs because she was just reviewing them and they had been in for a while too. I’m not going back, I will not go to a doctor who is cold and uncaring.

Very rude. I got to my apt early. Apt was for 7:45, I tried opening the door at 7:40. Door was locked. I sat in my car and tried to call the office to ask them to let me in. The office line says they're closed and won't connect me to anyone. Website says opens at 8. So I wait til closer to 8 and go in and they tell me I missed my apt. I said I tried to open the door at 7:40 and it was locked how long am I supposed to stand there waiting to get in. She said well it unlocks at 7:45. Sooo you unlock it right when my apt is supposed to start? How am I supposed to know what time you unlock your doors? Don't make appointments for people before your opening hours and then send them away when you don't open your doors in time. Finding a new doctor.

Can never get ahold of this place to ask them about my test results and then when I contact customer service they are able to send the office a message to call me back but it’s been days and I still have yet to hear from them.

They like to only fill some of your prescriptions so that when you make a complaint to get them filled you have to schedule another appointment to come back in. Very disappointed .

Apparently the front staff feels it’s my job to do their job for them.
