They are usually very helpful in finding the items that we need. If they do not have the items they can order them. Free delivery for most items. They offer many discounts other improvement stores do not. They will also hold things for you, which is again unusual, but nice when it is a necessity. (Building a home, large projects) clearance items still have warranty..(the generator was on clearance but we got full warranty with it..great deal..thousands off)

Taylor was very helpful helping us answer questions about blinds today. He went above and beyond. A store manager even came out to follow up with more information for us and was also helpful. A great improvement from a previous experience there.

They were absolutely wonderful helping us save money to buy the material for my dads ramp. He is 4-0 against the cancer with another major surgery yet so a ramp to get him in and out of the house.

I called to check on getting a John Deere tractor and A manager named Veronica assisted me. She provided excellent service.

Typically has what you need. Great amount of product availability, knowledgeable and friendly staff, and an overall clean store with fast Wi-Fi available.

Love this store. Sometimes finding help is a little challenging, but still a great store.

Mark was very helpful, back in appliances. Steve was also helpful and carried the item to truck.
Then getting 10bags of mulch he was right there loading for us. Did not see his name.

Stopped in for a few items for a quick home improvement! I had no problems find most of my items. When I did need some assistance the staff was super friendly and helpful. They got me on my way in no time!

Excellent customer service. Always someone knowledgeable asking if you need help. Had 2 special orders recently and both came in earlier than predicted. We also appreciate their military discount.

This place is great. Brought my puppy in, and the workers just loved it. They even have dog treats for the dogs.

Really friendly staff and good prices! Wish they sold discount/salvage lumbar though like Home Depot does. I use a lot of defective wood for projects around the farm.
