AT&T Store

We've been having HORRIBLE service and coverage with Verizon. I think the manager's name was Eric - he was SUPER nice and helpful in getting us switched over to AT&T! We were in and out of there in less than half an hour. Already impressed with the quality of service and coverage over VZN. Great store ran by a great guy!

I went to the store to replace my daughter’s phone that stopped working. Not only did Eric take the time to try to fix it, but when he discovered it would no longer work, he thoroughly explained all of our options for purchasing a new phone. I’m the end, I purchased two new phones and accessories. He explained everything and was so kind, friendly, and patient as I had lots of questions and he always had the answers to put my mind at ease. If I could give more than a 5-star review, I would. I felt like I was his top priority when we were in there. Thanks for a great experience Eric!

I needed a new phone and I’m no tech person! I got the best and friendliest help from Erik at the Tiffin, OH store. No question was too silly for him to answer and he transferred all my information from my old phone to this one, flawlessly! I went back the next day and an equally pleasant and skilled young man hooked up my phone to my car for hands free calling. I’m really impressed and pleased!

Eric and Cody were absolutely AMAZING!! I have never had a such smooth transition with a provider! All my questions were answered. Everything was laid out clearly for me up front and honest! They both were extremely knowledgeable about the products and services being provided! Completely recommend switching to AT&T and visiting the Tiffin store location. Will be returning and recommending friends and family to switch over!

Eric was very helpful with setting up a new phone and well as helping transferring everything from the old phone to the new one. Kristine also helped me pick out the best phone case. Both reps were very helpful in the transition to my new phone. I couldn’t have asked for better service!!!

Bought my Galaxy S22 Ultra 5G from here, and they set me up with everything I needed. Even traded in my old phone, and the total was barely over 200. Great service team with a clean store. Highly recommend

We went to this store on 6/15, just to upgrade our phones and it was the easiest phone upgrade we’ve ever experienced! Lee helped us out and he was very helpful and knowledgeable. He noticed a couple issues on my account and took care of those for me too. this will definitely be the our go to AT&T store for future needs!

Eric was absolutely fantastic. He stayed over an hour after the store closed to make sure everything transferred to my new phone anf I was up and running.

Nicole was fast and very good at explaining everything, once our phones came in Desi got them set up ans transfered all our stuff. Even gave us $40 for some very old phones! 10/10 would recommend.

Just updated my IPhone XR to a IPhone 13Pro Max. Thank you so much to Will and Shanna! They were amazing to work with! Made the process so easy! I was able to upgrade and get a new case and screen protector with ease! Thank you Tiffin AT&T for a great experience!!!

New girl Jade did a good job using a promotion to get me a $700 phone for $300. The Manager Desiy came over to check out our progress and taught Jade how to get my information off my old device. 10/10 highly recommend!

The manager here was a huge help. She was able to answer all my billing and upgrade questions and a lot of specs about the phones so I could compare them with out having to do research. I barely had to wait 30 seconds before I was approached and helped. I got an upgrade and love the new phone.

Kristine was incredibly helpful and patient with me! She answered all of my questions and got everything easily transferred and set up. Jade was also very nice and helpful.

Cody and Lee were extremely knowledgeable and respectful. Cody went above and behind with my technical issues and resolved them in a timely manner during my new phone upgrade today. I will only go back to the Tiffinn site from now on
