Walking in feels more like a visit than shopping. I was greeted with "Hello friend!" We chatted about a book I had suggested ( you don't get that from a Books a Million)! I stopped in to pick up a book they had ordered and of course bought two more! So glad to have this home town book store.

This bookstore is absolutely fantastic!!! The customer service was outstanding and I was able to find the exact book I was looking for. Overall this was a lovely experience, and I highly suggest any book lover to check this place out.

I purchased a book from Pan Yan for a Christmas present. Judy was very helpful and made suggestions on a topic that I was not familiar with. I took her recommendation and the book came quickly and payment was very easy! I highly recommend.
