Very happy with the service when we purchased a vehicle. They were honest, friendly and made it a fast and positive experience. We would buy from there again.

The guys there really worked with me and I was happy I was approved for my 2017 Chevy SPARK.

Went in to test drive a 2020 Tesla Model 3 which unfortunately got sold the day before. Luckily they had another 2020 Tesla Model 3 come in that day and were able to get me in a few hours later for a test drive. They worked with me to get me a great deal as well as getting me a sale price to qualify it for the federal EV tax credit as well as a purchase price below KBB market value. Very nice guys who do not try to pressure you into buying anything like normal dealers do. Highly recommend checking them out if you’re in the market for a vehicle.

It's been over a month I promised I would leave a review my experience was great I went in with my own financing I grabbed a 2010 Volkswagen tiguan with 67k miles on it have not had a problem with it yet check them out they have nice cars I'll leave another review once I'm in a situation to use the warranty company I'm giving my guy 10 stars. Awesome experience here! Talked over the phone about a vehicle I was found for sale on their lot. They sent me the carfax immediately, took a deposit and held the vehicle as long as I needed. I flew over half way across the country to pick the vehicle up and it was EXACTLY as described. The vehicle was ready to go when I got there. Super quick transaction and drove it 2400 trouble free miles home. Overall excellent experience dealing with all the guys here at Ohio Car Mart! I wouldn’t hesitate to buy again from them!

Very pleased I went to Ohio Car Mart. I'd only ever bought from one small dealer before, but looked at their reviews and BBB score and decided to give them a shot.

Got their a little after five and they still allowed me to fully look at the three cars I was interested. All three were nice, but I decided on a 2009 Acura RDX with super low miles and a clean Carfax.

The best part was when we went to do a deal and I told them the rate I was pre-approved at through my bank, they didn't try and push me to let them run my credit as they knew it couldn't be beat. I always get pre-approved through my bank (USAA) and have never had a dealer save me time and a credit check by just acknowledging they couldn't beat them (which thru usually can't).

Super happy with my decision to give them a shot and so far super happy with my car.

My experience with Ohio Car Mart was nothing short of exceptional. First, the employees were very accommodating, as we had stopped in within the last hour of the store hours. We were able to freely check out the car we wanted and gave it a quick test drive as well. They handled all of the paperwork and made sure to give us the best deal possible. Refreshments and seating were available during our sit-down.

I have never left a review, anywhere before, but I wanted to take the time to send some love to these guys. They deserve it. Car sales is a very difficult business, and they navigate it with integrity and class.

To anyone who has left a negative review.. a car is a pretty complex thing with many mechanical moving parts. A dealer can complete a thorough inspection and miss something unintentionally. Brand new cars, can have issues off the assembly line that need to be addressed. That isn't the dealers fault.. If you are buying a car with 100,000 miles, then it is likely in less good condition than brand new.

I 100% believe these guys do their best to deal honestly.

I enjoyed dealing with them and would do it again given the chance. I flew in from Kansas City to find the car I've been looking for. Knowing that I traveled, they could have taken advantage, but they didn't. They dealt with me fairly.
