Dr. Cole is the best!!!
She called me very late in the evening December 23rd. She let me know I was priority.
I have been receiving care by her and her caring staff since December of last year.
I thank God for her and staff for helping me.

What a great place. Dr Cole is the best. A warm and caring doctor. The nurses are the best. They are caring and very friendly. You get top notch care. Everyone does a great job. Could not ask for a better place to be treated at. Highly recommended!

Not the doctors fault. But they should talk to the staff about the threats they make over the phone. If i do not wish to see DR Haaq then i should have that right as a person. I asked if i could be sure to see DR Cole and they told me they let patients go before for not wanting to see DR Haaq. that's not right or fair to people in general. If a person ask to not see an individual then don't play the race card and threaten to drop them as a patient. I was just floored by the comment. Cant believe what they said. and it was instant. I said i want to see one person and instantly was threatened with being dropped as a patient. just cant believe it. It's not about race or politics, its about understanding and being able to talk to someone who listens and acts like they care. Which is why i wanted to see DR Cole. Just don't know what to say to people anymore. The person who answered the phone was very unprofessional and rude. Complete disregard for the job and the public relations it comes with. So i will no longer be a patient at this place because of this person and their mouth. That is actually heart breaking. Thanks DR Cole. No thanks to the person who's life talent is answering the phone. Good job. You managed to mess that up and i can see others feel the same way.

My daughter called dr cole in the middle of the night for an emergency n dr cole told her on the phone she’s gotta get up at six in the morning n don’t call her just cause she can’t sleep... my daughter ended up at emergency room n had emergency surgery for a tumor..,, now they want to dump my daughter as a patient n dr cole won’t even speak to her n my daughter needs hormone shots every month for her cancer n they didn’t want to do those so my daughter threatened a law suit to get her shot she needs. It shouldn’t b this way

Oh my God terrible care!! Go somewhere else if you want to live!!
