Physicians Plus Urgent Care

Amazing experience. My toddler cut his finger and after calling his doctor he was in need of stitches. I called ahead and even though they can’t give medical advice over the phone they said they had rooms open and reminded me that they would be closing soon. I took my son in, waited a total of about 4 minutes and was immediately seen by the nurses. They cleaned him up quickly and played with him until the doctor was available. They were very gentle with him; he hardly cried during stitching and he was such a happy boy when we left. Very thankful for this positive experience and I appreciate the helpful staff.

This clinic and its staff are amazing! I was at another urgent care in Tiffin that informed they had just taken their last patient at 7:20. I called physicians plus and asked when they took their last patient. Myrna told me “as long as you get here before 8 we will take care of you” such an amazing thing for a mother with sick children to hear. I told her I wouldn’t be there until 7:55. She just reassured me they closed at 8. When I got there she was so kind getting us checked in quickly and making small talks with my boys. Bosco took care of us once back in the room even letting my 4 yo “help” with charting. He was so patient and helpful with everything. Dr. Manuel came in quickly but took his time talking to us despite it being so late.

We were out by 8:35. Every interaction with the staff was wonderful and helpful knowing they would be working over hours. At no point was anything rushed. They sent the boys home with popsicles and even grabbed me a bottle of water on my way out.

I’ve always had amazing experiences here but last night just shows the dedication of the staff.

Needed some help today and as a german i am Not used at all to the US healthcare System. Staff was extremly friendly and Patient explaining everything. Had to wait a little as a walk in patient but only like 20 mins, maybe i was lucky but still good for me i guess. Nurses and doctors took good care of me and send the prescribtion Directly to a pharmacy of my choosing.

I took my teenage daughter in for a sports physical and a work physical. We arrived around 10:30 am on a Tuesday and there was a very short wait. The nurse, Nichole, and the nurse practitioner, Danielle, were not just helpful but went out of their way to make us feel like a priority and like our time was valuable. They put us both at ease, and were gracious and caring. I appreciate how kind and attentive they were, and I highly recommend them.

Today I had a 5 star experience here. I went in horribly sick, unable to keep down any liquids, and not the best communicator. The doctors and nurses were so kind, empathetic, and patient while treating me. The best part: I got medicine that helped me out a bunch, so much so I vacuumed the house. Thank you very much for everything you do! God bless

All staff were kind, considerate and efficient, waiting and exam rooms very clean and hazard free.

I had to come here because this is one of the only places I could get tested. Between the overflow of walk ins, and I am assuming they are short staffed too as there didn’t seem to be a-lot of employees, I was expecting frustrated nurses and doctors but everyone was happy to help and very pleasant. I felt bad for them because as their day was supposed to be coming to an end people were flowing through the doors nonstop. Remember wait times are ridiculously long right now because high number of patients, and to treat these people well because they are over worked and still trying to help to the best of their abilities!

I have never had a bad experience here. Never have I been missed diagnosed . I did have to wait 2hrs but only because they were waiting for my lab work to be read. That person.was not there.waiting for them to come in..

My husband and I went there today for treatment of bug bites. My husband was having an allergic reaction to them. We were unable to get an appointment with our regular doctor. We have both used their services before. So thankful for them. They are friendly, caring, and very competent at their jobs. Highly recommend them!

Took my 4 year old son in with a deep cut on his ankle, 40 minutes before they close. We didn't even sit in the waiting room we were taken back immediately. Both nurses were absolutely amazing and did everything they could to make a scary situation as simple and quick as possible for him. Will definitely return if we ever need to!

Came in around eleven in the morning. The waiting time was nonexistent. I was instantly being taken care of, with great hospitality of all the staff including RN Jole, and CNP Cora.I would definitely recommend going here. I was never asked to pay on spot, and wish I didn't make myself suffer until pay day over assumptions that I would have to. 10/10 would put my health in their hands again.

Physicians and staff are very pleasant to interact with, very informative to my questions/concerns during visits. Love that they get you in and seen seemingly quick.

Rocky at front counter was kind and gracious. In fact, it was his courteous voice on the phone that helped me press pass the one star reviews here and go in. Short wait time. All the staff was friendly and seemed to enjoy working there. I received good care quickly.

My 2 year old daughter got hurt on the playground so after a little while of crying and refusing to stand or put any weight on her leg I decided to take her to urgent care. We were an hour away from home so this is where we ended up. Every single person that works there was beyond wonderful to me and all of the kids I had with me. We had x-rays done and the results were a broken leg. We were not there but maybe a total of an hour and a half and that was from the time I walked in til the time I walked out. Cast and all. Thanks for being so amazing!!

I called ahead to see if they were busy, and the very friendly receptionist said they were not so I drove over. I was feeling absolutely terrible, and the kind nurse and doctor were very quick in coming to a diagnosis, sending a prescription in, and generally making me feel more healthy.

They have seen my son twice and have been very nice and caring. The medication and advice given was spot on and helped my son overcome both acute sinusitis and viral gastroenteritis. I especially wanted to thank CPN E. Scarbrough for her kindness and help!! Thank-you!!

Minus waiting a while they were very friendly . We got in and out they cared and made sure to ask the right questions so they could help my kids.

Went right in on a Saturday morning for an ear issue, staff was helpful and kind and I was brought right in where they fixed me right up.
Face masks were worn properly by all staff

I came here for a sprained ankle today. The front desk, nurse and cnp were all very nice and caring.

In and out quickly, attentive and friendly staff. Positive experience overall, I felt my medical needs and concerns were very professionally handled.
