Very friendly staff

They don't write work health on the building for one. Two they demand a social security number to perform a test. There is no reason in the universe they need a SS number for a drug screening. They just use it to build their database so if you need medical care at a future date they can use their database to chase you to the ends of the earth.
Employers who partner with Ohio Health are shady and unprofessional.

If I could give them no stars I would. Nurses should be happy to help people that is why you got in this profession. If you aren’t happy go work at whirlpool. The rude demeaning attitude of every single person I talked with was disgusting. The fact that they are NOT knowledgeable in what they are doing with the OHSA mask test and are not willing to help young people answering questions on what they can do is ridiculous. Willing to fail every single person instead of showing them the proper way to wear and do the ppe. I could legit go on and on. Everyone needs fired and they need new staff.

Sign says don’t leave the lobby after check in and then they send you to the car to wait!!
They still have a waiting room full.
A lady left 10 minutes ago and no one called back!
I have MS with bladder issues and they don’t care!! I have to pee!!

Had a scheduled appointment for 9:15. Didn't get seen until 10:45. Doctor didn't do anything for my knee and practically said to walk it off, when I can't walk on it. Only redeeming quality was the care of the nurses. All the doctor cared about was me going back to work, rather than trying to figure out why I can't put any pressure on my knee.

Not exceptionally friendly. A forgettable experience minus the fact of the unpleasant attitude of employees. We won’t be back. The waiting room seemed dirty and they still required masks which are proven to be ineffective.

Shame on you for talking that way to my mom. Hope your business gets shut down; youre a bunch of unprofessional and selfish people, and should feel guilty every time you go to bed at night.

This place decided that they would close over half an hour early because their associates got behind. This is an OhioHealth facility that is corporate ran how do they get to choose that they need to close early because they're behind...... whose fault is that.

Really long wait times. Waited over 2hrs for a drug screen. Staff just standing around chatting with each other.
