They’re a little paranoid. There was a photographer who told him that he was a journalist and he was doing a story on the bank and he would only be there for 15/20 minutes, and he bantered back and forth a minute with the teller. the teller freaked out and called the police and said he was there to rob the place, even though he identified himself as an independent journalist doing a story on the bank. These ladies are great! The app isn’t though. I’m always getting locked out, it won’t send my password reset to the email associated with my account. No matter what I do, I have to contact the bank to reset it. This is ridiculous. I love the bank, not the app. I shouldn’t have to call to reset something every time the app decides my current password is incorrect or that my Face ID login is somehow invalid.
