If I could give 6 stars I would. Huge thanks to the service department. They were professional, understanding and fast. It was the best customer service I have received at any repair place. Thank you, Michael, Stephen, and the Tech that helped us with our food truck. You guys are the best :D

This review is directed for the service department.

Our RV (class A diesel pusher) was dropped off due to extensive renter damage in July of 2023. Our original tech gave us bad information but Camping World has since corrected the issue and we couldn’t be more pleased. Trent has taken exceptional care of our extensive list of repairs. Our quote for repairs and final repair payment were exactly what we were expecting. No hidden surprises. Our rig did take quite a while to repair but again, it’s done right and that’s worth it in and of itself. Definitely recommend the service department, they are thorough!

Friendly staff, didn't have the part I was looking for in stock but a guy went after work to another store a little ways away to get it so I could have it first thing in the morning. I discovered my toilet leaking and called to find the part. I couldn't even drive there before they closed for the night. So this guy took a few minutes of his day to get the part. Pretty cool extra service!

These guys are easy to work with and extremely fair and professional. Absolutely must visit for any RV purchase repair or sale.

Excellent online and in-person experience at Paul Sherry's RV. We extensively explored a potential upgrade to our TT online, then narrowed our choices down to just one trailer, the Outback 335CG. When searching for that specific model online, we saw extremely attractive pricing for it at Paul Sherry's RV, and further poured over the well-lighted and numerous helpful photos and details available on their website. We made contact over the phone, and Dave Kaslar was our salesman. Dave was delightful to talk with, patient, very helpful, and willing to work with us long-distance since we were almost 400 miles away!

We found Paul Sherry's had the best price for the most completely outfitted model within hundreds of miles, and also made a reasonably good offer for our trade-in after sending in details and photos of the trade-in ourselves. After a bit of online and phone communication, we made the arrangements and traveled there over a weekend.

Dave literally met us at the gate as we were pulling in, and directed us to the drop-off area. There, Ryan helped us unhitch our trade-in, transfer our few cargo items, and then did a thorough walk-through of the Outback covering all the features and answered all the questions we had. Meanwhile, Dave was handling our paperwork, and within a few minutes of finishing our walk-through, we visited with Joe, one of the finance managers who took care of the financing...which was exactly what Dave and I had discussed over the phone...no surprises!

We hitched up our new trailer, and were out of the dealership and heading home within about two hours, an estimate that Dave had just about nailed on the head during our online conversation!

Dave Kasler is an amazing salesman! After a frustrating experience looking for a new camper, we went to Paul Sherry and met Dave. He listened to what we were looking for and they showed us stuff we didn’t know was available. We ended up getting us a great deal on a fantastic camper! They also have a very knowledgeable staff, Ryan gave a a great walk through explaining every detail about the camper and answering all of our questions. Even though we did not purchase a fifth wheel from this location, Chantelle and Devin were awesome. They did a lot of research on the fifth wheel that we were looking at that location but we found one locally so naturally, we’re not traveling to Ohio until one back but I would definitely give them five stars. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Tim Crazy Martin was who my wife and I worked with. Tim was very informative and patient with us. Tim committed many hours to show us campers until we found one that we liked. I felt we got a fair trade in on our old camper and got a super low price on our new sunset trail. The financial department got us the rate and terms that we wanted. My husband and I had a great experience at Paul Sherry. We went to Paul Sherry with a price in mind and MJ Preuss was very kind and didn’t pressure us into making a purchase. It felt great working with someone who listened to what we were wanting and only showed us what fit our needs. He is a great salesman.

My wife and I shopped at 5 different dealers and at least least 3 different private sellers before deciding on our 2011 Forest River Wildcat 29RLS Fifth Wheel Camper. We found a great camper at a great dealership and a wonderfully professional salesman. Dave Kasler and the staff at Paul Sherry RV were excellent to work with and made the shopping experience quick and painless. The facility and grounds are clean and well laid out. The staff is friendly and helpful. We quickly negotiated an agreeable price that included some small repairs. While the camper was in the shop for these small repairs, the technical staff went through the camper thoroughly to make sure everything worked. They found and fixed several small things that I would not have picked up on during my final inspection such as a water heater reset switch that wasn't working, a fire extinguisher that was out of date, etc. They took care of all of these items and didn't change the agreed price! They even replaced the spare tire! When we went to pick up the camper, the unit was plugged into shore power, the AC running, the refrigerator was cold, the slides were out. The senior tech walked us through the entire outside and inside of the camper making sure that we were familiar with the operation of the different systems, answered the questions that we had and told us of neat little idea that would help us setup the camper. He then walked us through setting the unit for travel, hooking to the truck and making sure the lights and brakes worked. Very professional. The financial staff made quick work of the paperwork and got us on our way. I waited about 3 weeks before writing this review as I wanted to make sure the entire experience was shared in this review. We really like the unit. We really like Paul Sherry RV and we really encourage you to ask for Dave Kasler.

I did months of research online when the idea of owning a travel trailer started to look possible. Different floor plans, manufacturers and dealers. The market is saturated with the first two and you might like several for many unique reasons. As the hunt proceeded, one thing became abundantly clear. This was the RV dealer I wanted to work with. As fate has it, they had in stock 3 or 4 units of the model that was always in my top 3 from the start. So, I acquired online and was immediately contacted the next day. I stopped by to see it in person and met Matt Jones for a walk thru. He was extremely friendly, helpful and honest. Long story short, by the time I worked out financing with my local bank, the price dropped another $1000. SOLD! After delivery, Matt text me just to see how it was going and even directed me to the sales staff on an accessory I wanted to add. Folks, these people are the cream of the crop! Thanks Team Paul Sherry RV! It may be small, but it’s mine and it’s perfect! And a special shout out to Scott who spent nearly an hour making sure I knew every feature of my new travel trailer upon delivery. This great guy has been there over 25yrs., what’s that tell ya?

We bought our camper here. We live in Connecticut. We dove 12 hrs because we liked their salesman and the honesty in this company. Sam was great (salesman) Ryan was great. He answered all out questions and explained everything perfectly. Highly reccommend this business. We will always take the long drive for people we trust.

Who knew! After visiting all the local RV dealers and touring many makes and models we were determined to find the right camper at the right price! Enter Paul Sherry RV website! This wholesale RV dealership is No joke! Interactive pop up chat allowed my wife instant communication with the dealership. Professional and courteous communication answering all the questions we had sending us links and videos to support questions regarding various models price points, etc.. The following day we left Delaware heading to Ohio! Paul Sherry RV exceeded expectations! World class golfer and salesman Dave Cox assured a smooth visit as did financing gurus Mike and Joe! Service technician Ryan assured a secure tow package and complete conscientious walk through of our camper detailing each and every aspect! We wanted a newer camper for a few years now. We sent app in on a Saturday. Got approved same day. We told them we wanted it in 3 days. They got it done. Scott gave us our walk through and was amazing. He knows his stuff and is very informative. George and Chris helped us and got everything done! These guys know how to get things done. Everyone was so nice and we love our camper. Worth the 3 hour drive!!

We had a great experience at Paul Sherry RV's. Our salesman was Tim Martin, just a super nice guy that was very interested in saving us money on our purchase. He went beyond the norm to earn our business and we're very happy that he did. We ordered our camper and when it arrived, it was 100% per our specifications with no problems whatsoever that we've been able to detect. He has stood by every promise that took the fear out of ordering an Outback camper that we had never even seen, but knew we loved the floor plan. I would definitely recommend Tim to the inexperienced as well as the well informed RV purchaser because he will go out of his way to see that you're happy. Also, I would like to thank Ryan in the service department for all the time he took with us on our walk-thru. He took every step to ensure that we would know how to operate each piece of equipment in and on the camper for our first time using it. He also accompanied my husband on a test drive to make him feel more comfortable towing the new camper and instruct him on the use of towing equipment on his truck. We were new at this, so patience with us was a must and I feel confident in saying we received all the advice we needed to cross the mountains on our way back to North Carolina. All in all, it was a good experience for us and the savings was worth the 450 miles one way to complete the purchase. I would recommend Paul Sherry RV's to anyone who is in the market for a new or used travel trailer or motorhome, even if it involves a little bit of travel.

We couldn’t be happier with our experience purchasing from Paul Sherry RVs. I visited Camping World and General Rv trying to decide what I wanted. Their fees were a bit excessive in price and seemed endless. I found Paul Sherry online and saw that they claimed no hidden fees—what you see is what you get. Not only were their prices much cheaper than Camping World and General Rv, they were cheaper than everywhere else I looked too. I started a chat online with Matt Jones from Paul Sherry, and he answered all of my questions promptly, which lead to me calling them. Since I had been researching for a month or two, I already knew what I wanted. Matt advised me on the best route and facilitated the whole process without me having to be there in person. We ended up ordering a unit straight from the factory, and it turned out to be cheaper than the same models that were already on the lots at Camping World and General Rv. The process was painless from beginning to end. Scott gave us a very informative walk-through of the trailer and how it’s operated which really helped us out with some stuff we didn’t know. Chris made sure the financing portion went as smoothly as possible. The whole Paul Sherry team was accommodating and gracious (they gave us a few things for free to make our experience easier). A+ in my books. I would definitely recommend to others.
