Just sold our home with Josh in May/June. We had our home of 20 years on the market 4 times in the last few years. We had been talking to Josh for roughly a year before listing again. He was available for questions and answered our questions even when we weren't sure we would list. He never pressured us. He took us to look at houses even before we listed. When we found the house we wanted, we listed with Josh, he took time to make the pictures great, " it's the first time buyers will see your house" so it was important to him. In the first week we had more views than all other times together, and 2 offers that week and it was in contract by week 2. Would list with him again!

I took a chance and listed my property with Josh, even though it was almost 3 hrs away, in Josh’s hometown of Portsmouth. Once he listed it, it was sold in one day. He had three inquiries on that first day and I accepted an offer that evening. Not only did he sale it for me, he advised me on a listing price and brought all offers to me as soon as he received them. We were also able to do all the paperwork online through a secure website. Once we were ready for the closing, he arranged for a notary to meet both myself and the buyer at my home for our signatures. Needless to say, it was very stress free.
