Team member Eric at the Redlands store was warm, personable and very helpful. Found the headlight bulb I needed and installed it in my car. Then, made sure both headlights were fully functional. I so appreciate people like Eric.

First time to advance auto parts, Eric, did a fantastic job, knew the products and was extremely helpful. I’ll be a regular customer from now on hopefully, I’ll get the same discounts that I have at NAPA.

I visited this location to find a hard to find part for my F150. Right away, Sara at the service counter, went above and beyond. She searched different sites and even called Ford directly to get me what I needed. Good job Sara! Thank you for the attention to detail, and the quick understanding of what I was asking for.

Sarah, i believe was her name, was so helpful and so knowledgeable about my car battery. I had bad experiences all week when it came to trying to fix my battery, but she took the time to actually walk me thru the entire process. Give her a raise!!!!

The 2 associates that were working on 3/24 @ 6:15pm were very helpful and very attentive when I was looking for last-minute chains to go up to Big Bear. They helped me find a more affordable solution instead of upselling. I wish all employees were like these two. They deserve a raise and a promotion. Wish I would have gotten their names. Keep up the great work, guys!!!
