I have been taking my dogs to North Paws for just about 20 years now. I think that sentence alone says it all about my confidence in their professionalism and caring for the pets under their care. As long as I have dogs, I will continue to trust the professionals at North Paws.

This is the greatest vet our family has ever had. We absolutely love the care they have shown for our dogs and cats.

We are so happy with North Paw vet. We needed to find a closer vet and I am so happy with our choice.

I have always had very positive experiences with NorthPaws. I've had three different dogs I have brought here. I started with Dr. Mark Paradise, the owner and he truly had a true love for animals. I remember one time, I was laid off my job and he charged me a very small fee for an infection my dog had. Yesterday, I took my 15 year old Vizsla for his annual check up. Dr. Connolly is very thorough. No complaints, just good things to say about this place.

As a customer for 20+ years, my pets and i have had only the best experiences and care at Northpaws. Their relaxed and friendly staff allay any anxieties that are often transferred to pets. This practice is a model of health care for us all.

We've been taking our dogs to North Paws for many years. They are highly competent, friendly and nice. The offices and examining rooms are really attractive, and the staff genuinely cares about our little dogs.

My best friend had to be put to rest and the vet and staff were so kind and patient with us. My Sheba went peacefully and I can’t thank them enough for giving me those final moments to hold her and be with her as she crossed the rainbow bridge.

I have had only wonderful experiences with this excellent practice; the docs have unfailingly treated our dog with great care, professionalism and great expertise. Both Dr. Paradise and Dr. Connolly are super: concerned, attentive, skilled. Everyone I've encountered at NorthPaws has in all ways been helpful. I trust our dog to their care with full confidence and without reservation.

We have been taking our dogs here for years and have never had a bad experience. We find the staff to be very compassionate and professional. The prices always seem reasonable and comparable to other veterinary offices. Dr. Connelly is one of our favorites and is always super helpful and clearly very knowledgeable.

NorthPaws has done an excellent job caring for our dog since she was a puppy. As you’d expect for veterinary car these days, the prices can be high, but overall they are reasonable and the staff is friendly despite our multiple visits.

We have been going to North Paws as well as West Paws (recently closed) for over 16 years. Dr. Paradise has treated my very old and very young dogs over the years. We have always had 3 dogs. I have nothing but positive things to say. The care and compassion has truly been and remains remarkable. I will never ever forget calling Dr Paradise when it came time to euthanize our Corgi....I was sitting on the backseat and our Corgi had finally fell asleep on me and was so sound asleep, I asked Dr Paradise if he could come to our car to do the euthanasia and he accepted no problem. Truly an exceptional person. Their vet techs are awesome. They have always been extremely accommodating in times of emergencies even when incredibly busy. I have never felt like I was pushed to do unnecessary tests like at multiple other vets. I also find their rates very fair. They are very busy and one has to plan ahead to schedule an appointment. We wouldn't go anywhere else. They unfortunately no longer see emergencies after hours. Needless to say, I highly recommend them.

We have been going to North Paws for over 5 years now. The staff are knowledgeable and friendly. We had our dear cat sick for some time and they explained all treatment options with pricing to allow us to make the right choices for our family pet. When the time came to put her to sleep the staff was compassionate and caring.
We now have two new kittens and just went for our initial visit. The care from start to finish was excellent! I would definitely recommend North Paws!!

I usually don't write reviews but do not agree with the complaints. We have been going to North Paws for many years and always have had great service, good medical care and the staff has always been professional and friendly. Never rude!! Our dog is difficult and they always have been very caring and helpful. 5 stars for North Paws

North Paws provides the best care around. The techs are knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. The veterinarians are all excellent. The entire staff treat your pets with love and compassion. I am so grateful to have them taking care of my furry family members. 10/10 would recommend.

I have been going to North Paws for quite a few years and have always had excellent experiences with Dr. Paradise and recently Dr. Connelly. The only bad experience I have ever had was with a vet tech who called me a b*tch. All the other vet techs have been very friendly and professional and I have always received excellent veterinary care for my dogs. The past few years with COVID have put stress on many veterinary practices. The burden of more customers and fewer staff members needs to be considered when looking at the recent changes in ratings
