Awesome place to get your vehicle serviced and the staff and Jill are very friendly and awesome to talk to. They really take care of you here. What I liked too is that they cover your seats so they don't get dirty 😁.Thank you guys so much I really appreciate it 😁

I’ve been to this shop for YEARS! I’ve had a previous car that I was told that I need almost $3000 worth of work. I decided to go get a second opinion and came here in hopes of getting some help. When they looked it over all I needed was something simple and quick and best part not $3000 worth of work. Jill is amazing and will always be up front on what you need and don’t need. It’s always eases my mind that I have a mechanic shop that 1. I trust and 2. ALWAYS FEEL WELCOMED! I highly recommend coming here for all your car needs.

Jill is the most helpful service attendant I have ever worked with. Her knowledge about cars and financing helped take the stress away. And the employees fixed our brakes in a very reasonable time. I highly recommend them.

Jill is amazing I went in on 4/26 with my baby to check a couple of sounds on my car , and as I was trying to make a bottle for my baby she helped keep him calm while he started to get fussy . She's the most professional and loving office manager I've ever seen in all of the car repair shops . And maintained all of her cheer even after being scolded at by an impatient non understanding customer .

Jill and Tyler helped me with my wiper! One of my wipers stopped working and I was really worried about doing the 2 hour drive back home. Turns out it was just a loose bolt! I didn’t even have to pay! Super quick and awesome service. Jill kindly provided me with a drink and the waiting area was comfy. The wait itself wasn't long at all! Thank you so much :)

I had an absolutely amazing experience with Midas. Jill was absolutely amazing when it came to to walking me through the process. She could tell I was stressed and made it very clear that I was in good hands. The mechanic that worked on my car did a fantastic job and made sure to explain absolutely everything that was wrong. They make it easy to underhand, they take care of us personally and professionally and help us understand every option. Amber gives excellent customer service, was so polite on the phone and even have me discounts on where they had coupons such a blessing , Kia Vally Hi dealership ridiculous for brakes but all the way around service is excellent and pricing is tremendous

Jill and her team were so helpful! I had gotten a quote from another mechanic for $400 more than I paid at Midas of Redlands. Jill’s team was honest about what I needed, gave me a free estimate and changed out my brakes, rotors, and sensors in just a couple of hours same day! They also had WiFi available so I could work from my laptop right there in the lobby while I waited. They have plugs with all types of phone chargers for your convenience as well. They offered complimentary beverages and were and absolute pleasure to work with. They even have a water bowl for your dog should you need one! They have thought of everything when it comes to top notch customer service! I will definitely be coming back for future service needs! Thanks Jill and team!

Jill has the best customer service. I have VW and was having a hard time feeling comfortable taking my Jetta to a shop other than dealership. Well after so many let downs from dealership I sat in the parking lot and googled brakes near me. MIDAS came up with almost 5 stars so I called at 8am from the moment she answered the phone I knew I was in the right place. I will forever being sending people their way. Way to go..so refreshing to feel comfortable with a mechanic spot! Thank you

Got financing and also saved $115 with guidance from Jillian, Tyler was very prompt in helping my questions. They had clean restrooms, inside waiting area was clean, smelled good, outside was clean. Offered me a beverage and fixed my car 😊 Pleased with the service, never been to Midas before, but will definitely come back.

Very friendly and helpful. Didn't try to upsell or force additional services. I went for an oil change, used an online coupon, and got excellent service at a very good price.

At the Midas in Redlands:
the assistant named Jill was very helpful, I believe the mechanic did a great job at a fair price, and the lobby that I waited in was comfortable, clean and attractive…. it was a very pleasant experience 🤗

Stopped in for brakes and general inspection and was greeted by Jill, she was very helpful and kept me updated the entire process while I waited. The service technicians are also very helpful and we’re proactive. This was a one off visit but I will definitely return for future maintenance.

They provided fast, friendly and convenient service! I came in because my car was sounding slower to start when I turned it on. It was very convenient to make an appointment that worked with my schedule online which was awesome. In an hour, they had diagnosed the problem, changed my battery, and I was back to work. The staff, specifically Jill, was very friendly and made sure that I was comfortable in the lobby while waiting for my car. I was made aware of any costs upfront and the prices were reasonable. I will definitely be back.

Jill was super knowledgeable and explained everything that my inspection turned up. She walked me through the major issues and offered her personal recommendations and knowledge from her extensive experience, and she was transparent with me about her recommendations and the costs.
