Rocky's Ace Hardware

I talked to a gentleman by the name of MIKE. I had spilled candle wax on my tile floor. MIKE helped me with a simple answer. That solved my problem. NOT GOOGLE. HATS OFF TO MIKE!!!! THANK YOU. YOU SOLVED MY PROBLEM IN A FLASH!!!!!!!

Mike the general manager went above and beyond to help me with my snowblower return and purchase. He was amazing!

I enjoy shopping at Ace. It's very organized and clean. Prices are good and there are always specials to take advantage of. They fill propane tanks too. Great employees and managers. Easy in and out! No need to hike a couple miles in a big box store. Ace is the place!

Rented a U-Haul this week, staff was great. Assistant Manager was very patient helping the employee that was assisting me, which is great to see. The truck was clean, the gas milage the truck gets is terrible (haha), but I couldn't be happier with how smoothly everything went. The store itself is well maintained, and all the staff is great.

I love this place because it's like a mom n pop store. You can get all kinds of cool gadgets there. They have these very nice steak knives sold separately. The employees are kind and helpful. They have a decent variety of tools, housewares, and seasonal products.

First of all, I bought some pant a few years where the clerk was SO helpful to me and passed on information I surely hadn't known about paint. Fast-forward to when I wanted to rent a UHaul from them and I had a similar, happy experience!

This is an excellent store. They have great service and very friendly people. The staff are very knowledgeable and know immediately if they have something and where it is. I highly recommend them for any household job big or small.

Bought a bedframe and head/foot boards on marketplace but was shorted several screws. Customer Service was on point to get me the best price on what I needed!

One of my favorite places to shop. I sometimes go there when I don't need anything just to look around. Clean, well-kept store with friendly employees. No need to ever go to a big box store.

For some strange reason this location always seems to end up being a hardware store of some sort... weird.
Anyway, in my opinion, this particular Ace Hardware is the best incarnation yet. The store is clean and well-lit, the aisles are clearly marked and appear wide enough to accommodate two carriages abreast of the other without running over anyone's feet or knocking items from shelves. The staff are friendly and eager to offer intelligent assistance. Though marginally pricier than those home-improvement superstores that require their own zip code, the level of knowledgeable help you will receive will be light-years beyond anything those bigger stores can provide. Located on the corner of Austin Ave. and Rte.44 (Putnam Pike) with access to I-295, around 8-15 minutes away (dependant upon ToD/traffic/season, etc.)

When all the other big box stores don't have it go to Rocky's East they always seem to have it and if they don't they can get it faster than the Big box store.

I always like shopping at rockies but because I did not have a rockies Cod I could not get the discount so I traveled about 7 miles to get some home defense that was marked down to 999 instead of be in 1999 block because I could not read the Cod the advertisement in the store I ended up paying full price should happens I guess I asked the person at the register that it was marked the 999 they were not break protocol even though I've done some or quite a bit of business they're all in all the people would nice everybody was diligent I'm not not happy I just travel the while just to get the 999 and unfortunately I didn't have time to open up a rocky Cod so I guess I pawked myself

Strikes a nice balance between small friendly and easy to get your shopping done easily, with actually having what you need at a decent price. Much better for your weekend run than HD or Lowes for most stuff, just for the convenience alone.

Bought paint that I had a problem with, they were very accommodating on my return and made up for the inconvenience with helpful ,friendly and generous service. I was grateful and impressed.

Walking into Ace Hardware is almost like walking into the former Benny's. If you poke around the store a bit, it's easy to find that elusive useful item, & always a helpful staff member ready to help. Love Ace!
