Very happy with A & W Appliances! It was challenging to find a washer and dryer that fit in my small laundry closet and they were very patient and professional with me. I worked mostly with Adam and Mary Ellen. I give them a high recommendation l!

My husband and I bought appliances from Derek and Jerry and they were knowledgeable and made the buying process so much easier they didn’t push anything on us just were very honest about their products. We had several problems with a fridge and they were more than happy to exchange it because they stand behind their products. (Manufacturer has to approve)Alex in service is excellent and Beverly helped us with with rebates. Everyone here is a pleasure to do business with! I won’t go anywhere else.

I purchased a washing machine from S&W Appliance . Unfortunately I experienced a no drain problem with it. Fortunately I had to my friends and neighbors that told to buy it at S&W because the sales force and service were fantastic. I talked to Adam in sales and he set me up with service the very next day. The service technician was very knowledgeable and polite. My problem was resolved in no time. What a pleasant experience I had. I from my working years in customer service know customer service when I see it. I highly recommend S&W for sales and service. They will be my go to in the future when I need Appliances and service.

I was looking for a refrigerator asap. Very pleased with S&W. Joe was understanding of my situation and accommodating. I was able and get a fridge the same week. Very reasonably priced. This is my second time purchasing from S&W. Delivery was as the delivery person stated. Arriany, Juan and Sergio were very professional and on time. They took the time to introduce themselves. Very friendly. The old fridge was out in less than seconds. The new fridge was brought in with ease. They measured the openings to make sure it would fit. They brought the fridge in like it was a piece of paper. I was very satisfied with the delivery. I would definitely purchase from S&W again.

We have buying appliances from Mark, Patty and Derek for more than 20 years. They are consistently fair priced, offer great rebates and have the best customer service anywhere. Avoid the stuff you see in the big box stores and make the trip to S&W, it is worth the experience. The service staff, schedulers and repair folks are great. Had a great service call today with Mike, recommended a simple process to check for an issue with our Fisher Paykel dishwasher. I was able to describe the issue and he walked thru it in two minutes. The dishwasher is back in service. Not too many companies or agents will take that approach, we will now be a customer of this company. Great job, thank you!

Great overall experience. Joe from the sales team was top notch and made the experience of buying here stress free and enjoyable (give that man a raise!). Delivery team was very professional with their quick in and out installation. Overall we are very pleased with the service and expect to purchase more appliances in the near future.

We ordered a LG Washer and Dryer from this store. The products we wanted were available and were well priced for Black Friday. The delivery was seamless and they hooked everything up for us. We are super appreciative that the delivery team was able to come all the way out to us in Medfield, MA and bring the items up to the second floor. We will definitely back to S&W again in the future!

We bought a new KitchenAid dishwasher from them and I installed it myself. Great sales people and the price was also great. When this dishwasher is running we don't have to turn the volume up on the TV in the living room like we had to do with the old one. 39 db it's whisper quiet. Love it. We will be buying a new stove there this week.

I went to S&W Appliance for my kitchen remodel. This is a great family business. My sales person felt more like a trusted partner who had my best interests in mind. I felt like they cared about my project just as much as I did. My options were presented to me in a way I could easily understand, making the decision process more enjoyable.

I have been an S&W customer for years. When I first bought my home in 1993 I purchased my appliances. During the pandemic , when I needed appliances for my condo, I called S&W again. They made purchasing appliances easy. Recently , I had an issue with my dishwasher , Derek offered me two options. He also coached me as to what the problem might be. All I can say is fantastic service back in 1993 and now. Don’t go to the big box stores. Support small business like S&W. 77 years of fantastic service.
