I recently had laparoscopic surgery at women and infants, and it was truly a great experience. The nurses were so kind and the OR team was amazing. They made sure I was comfortable the entire time and Dr. Sullivan explained everything to me beforehand to ease any anxiety I was having. I met the whole team of people who were assisting with the surgery, including med students who were super friendly. Everyone was so kind and the surgery went really well! The recovery nurses were also very nice and made sure I was comfortable when waking up from anesthesia. Women and Infants has the best medical team of any hospital. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

As a first time mom, I had the most wonderful experience here with a great team of nurses. From check in , to the delivery room and recovery. They all came together to get me comfortable and helped me and my family welcome a healthy baby boy. I spent 2 days here and was taken care of. Absolutely no complaints. Thank you to everyone that helped me.

I had a outpatient surgery this week that I ended up having to be admitted for. The folks in the recovery room were 100% world class, and the hospital was full of kind folks. The teams there were supportive, inclusive and I really felt I like I was being listened too.

Let me say the first time in the 6th floor was awful. I had maybe two nice nurses one being Mary lou. I also had an extremely mean nurse named Norma. I was so scared to deliver my second baby because of my first experience. However the fifth floor nurses were all very hands on, very on top of my medications, showers, walking etc. and also so so kinda. Nice j and nurse Melissa are just two I won’t forget and made me emotional to even leave. Those are the types of nurses they need there ones with compassion and ones who love doing what they do. Also the nurse who I had during my c section was an angel. My second time around was amazing.

A little disheartened reading all of these bad reviews. Personally, I had a wonderful experience delivering at women and infants and will definitely be going back for my next child. Doctors were knowledgeable and kind but the nurses at women and infants are the true superstars!

Alot of these lower reviews seem to be people with unfortunate situations and just bad dice roll of life and I'm sympathetic to them. Coming from the dad view of the process of birth, this hospital and ESPECIALLY --> I can't emphasize this enough --< the nurse staff is beyond amazing. These nurses are working nonstop like worker bees to care for mama and baby. 24/7 anything you need they make it happen. Anything they sense is off they speak up and explain to you their recommendations and the why.

Is there alot of waiting during some processes etc? Ya of course. You are dealing with people's lives. It takes time and things have to be done right.

Thank you to all the staff.

I wanted to share what an amazing experience I had with Women & Infants Hospital. I had a very high risk twin pregnancy, in which I knew would require me to deliver prematurely for the safety of my babies and myself. I saw the Maternal Fetal Medicine team due to my high risk pregnancy and they were the ones who would deliver my babies. At 25 weeks, I was admitted for inpatient monitoring until I delivered my babies. Each day, the doctors and nurses would check in and evaluate the monitoring results to make sure everything looked good. At 26 weeks 4 days, my mid-day monitoring of my babies looked very different than it had normally, so the doctors made the decision to deliver my babies via emergency c-section. I was very scared, but working with such an amazing team of doctors and nurses helped me immensely. They saved my babies and made sure they got here safely, while also caring for me and keeping me calm and relaxed in one of the scarier situations I’ve experienced in life. I can’t thank the doctors and nurses enough for the immaculate care they have given to me and it will be something I appreciate forever. My babies are now in NICU, and we have met another team of amazing doctors and nurses to work with our precious baby girls and help them grow. Overall, I have nothing but great things to say, and I’m unsure how I could ever thank the amazing team at W&I enough for all they have done for my family and me. I am forever grateful.

Dr. Cronin and her entire team were phenomenal with my care. First time I ever had an IV that didn't hurt, first time I didn't puke my guts out after surgery. The entire staff was amazing and made me feel well taken care of. Dr. Cronin also answered all my questions and made sure to come see me before and after the surgery. Highly recommend especially for trans people looking for a good OBGYN.

I just gave birth to my Son two days ago and My family and I were greatly taken care of by everyone who works here. I’d like to mention Patricia, she goes by “Trish” she works in the labor and delivery room. She took such great care of me, got me anything I needed and always made sure I was comfortable. Also I’d like to mention Monica. She was there for me when I first got to the hospital all the way to my last day when we were going home. Thankful for these women and everyone else who works at this hospital and risks their lives for us daily. My family cannot be more thankful. I had both of my children here and wouldn’t change a thing.

My wife gave birth at Women & Infants in early September and we both couldn't have been more pleased with our experience. From the moment we arrived at the check-in desk until the morning we checked out, every single staff member went above and beyond to help us and ensure my wife was as comfortable as possible leading up to, during and after bringing our little one into the world. From the security officers and in-take staff, to the meal service team and on-site photographer, and ESPECIALLY the many nurses and doctors who tended to us and our baby throughout our stay, everyone was exceptionally kind, professional and truly made us feel at home. Beyond the staff, all of the facilities we used and rooms we stayed in were clean, modern and helped provide a comfortable experience during our 3 days at the hospital. Thank you thank you thank you to everyone at Women & Infants, and an extra shoutout to our team of nurses including Bonnie, Luis, Amanda, Sadiqa, Meredith, and many others whose names are escaping us at the moment!

I had to come to the ER last night due to some excruciating pain I was in. Though the wait a little longer than normal (I completely understood especially being short staffed everywhere in health care at the moment) everyone was extremely nice from the moment I checked in to the moment I left. Dr Brown and his resident made me really comfortable with the exam they had to do and answered every question I had. All the nurses were beyond nice all apologetic for the long wait though they did not need to apologize I felt my problem was addressed properly and I was well taken care of.

We had such an amazing experience at this hospital on Christmas Eve/Christmas Day when she decided to arrive. Every single person we encountered (and it was dozens) was helpful, respectful and kind. From the doctor who delivered our baby to the staff that cleaned the rooms and kept us fed. BIG shoutout to all the nurses / lactation consultants. As a first time mom I am super grateful for everyone who took part in the delivery and care in the first few intense days of my baby girls life. Highly recommend.

My best experience in Emergency room, since I called for see which emergency room I can go was a good experience. When I arrived the service was immediately I didn't have to wait, all personal were wearing gloves and facemask. I went for ultrasound, they make me blood work, answer all my questions the treat was amazing. I can't remember their names, but thank you for everything.

As for gynecological oncology….I wish I could give more stars. I had my first surgery with Dr. Robison in 2021, who unfortunately left the practice, to have a large mass removed from my ovary. I was only 19, and terrified, and she made the entire process so smooth that when I had to get a second procedure done today I wasn’t scared at all. I now see Dr. Stuckey who is equally as incredible of a doctor. Her whole team (including herself) is amazing; informative, empathetic, and thorough. She let me know exactly what she was going to do, and didn’t sugar-coat it, which I appreciated. I’m hoping I never have to come back here for this procedure again, but even if I do, I’ll know I am in excellent hands. I would never go anywhere else.

I highly recommend this hospital! My sister was battling Covid-19 and pneumonia all while trying to deliver my niece and in the first 10 min we checked in and they put her in a room right away. Thanks to all the staff and God who never left her side she had a safe delivery and a healthy baby. They did an outstanding job taking care of her and monitoring her so she can be with her baby and feel her best! THANK YOU WOMEN AND INFANTS for such an amazing job my sister is safe and recovering and my niece is beautiful and healthy :) God Bless!

Absolutely the best experience my wife, newborn, and I could have. Ignore the negative reviews, as they come from self-centered, unappreciative, egotistical individuals. Trust me when I say this, as I observed these ignorant fools throughout the hospital from the time we walked into triage until the day we walked out of postpartum. Below is a summary of our experience.

STAFF: Nurses, cna's, security, front desk, housekeeping, nutrition, cafeteria, midwifes, physicians, valet, etc. They were all tremendously courteous, kind, caring, helpful, and knowledgeable. I can't muster a negative thing to say about a single staff member we encountered in our 5 day stay here. Their attention to detail. effective and clear communication, and genuine compassion is truly commendable.

CAFETERIA: I was pleasantly surprised with how good the food was here. There were many tasty options to choose from. The variety of options provided meets the need of any appetite or dietary need. Also, the food is ridiculously affordable and portions are awesome. Do yourself a favor and visit the cafeteria before thinking of ordering delivery/takeout from anywhere outside the hospital.

FACILITIES: Every room (15+) we visited or stayed in was clean, organized, stocked, efficiently managed, and obliviously well maintained. The equipment, technology and furnishings used are very modern, and easily met our needs at every stage of the delivery process.

Overall, I'm extremely grateful for my family's experience at Women and Infants and will recommend it to anyone who may need to numerous services they provide.

I can't say enough about how great our experience was at this hospital for the birth of our baby boy. The nursing teams on each of the units we spent time on were fantastic and it was clear they loved what they were doing and truly cared about the health of baby and mommy. There are a lot of not so great reviews on this hospital but after our stay and having a medical background, I can honestly say you should have no worries about coming here for this special time! Thank you!

Out of every hospital I've been to, I've never met a nicer staff than here. They give you what you need, and they're so kind to you when you're nervous. The employees seem to get along well, which is nice to see in healthcare. Because of covid they're severely short staffed, but they still get you in as soon as they can.
