I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr Duff and his ENTIRE team. His professionalism, manners, kindness and attention was above and beyond. He took his time with my sister, explaining everything in detail. His team, from his assistant to the lovely ladies at the desk, were so friendly, kind and helpful.
Dr Duff will be performing surgery on my sister and we have the utmost faith in him.

The allergy Department has been taken up a professional notch by Sue.
She is professional and friendly.
Her callbacks are expedient, and she is always helpful with any problems.

Pediatric and Adult speciality doctors are amazing! Dr. Gibson performed a surgical procedure on my 18 month old son in 2014. She has an amazing bedside manner. Dr. Duff provided me with my first hearing aid, amazing people!

I’ve been getting my allergy shots here every other week now, for about 15 years (or more)!
Service and staff have always been professional and courteous. Never had any issues. They dealt with Covid compliance very well, though I’m sure it was an pain for everyone.
The one thing I would like to note is that I REALLY REALLY miss the 7:00 - 8:00 time slot for shots. I was always able to stop in and get it done on my way to work without being late. Now I have to go in late. I would hope that would be a time slot that would become an option again at some point. I appreciate you taking that under consideration.

I can’t say enough wonderful things about the practice! First I’ve been through a lot of physicians and I finally found one I trusted! Dr Burchard is amazing! I had surgery three years ago and have listened to his instructions and currently have everything under control. I get allergy shot and Sue is wonderful. Everyone works to make sure you get the care you need. I’ve been managed so closely that I haven’t suffered like I did in the past.

I just purchased new Widex bluetooth rechargeable hearings aids. I love them! I have been going to this practice for many years. I must say I had the best experience with my Audiologist, Dr. Rebecca Sochin. Rebecca spent time explaining my hearing test, showing me different aids, making sure I was comfortable with the right size domes. It was a wonderful experience. I am wearing them everyday which I didn't do with my other ones. Now I am a part of every conversation. And listening to my play list while walking is awesome!!

Dr Groblewski was so great! He explained all the pros and cons to us before and asked us all the right questions as to why we were thinking on getting this done. He was super attentive of our concerns and made us feel very comfortable with the procedure! It was truly a great experience with my newborn!

I have been a patient close to 20 years.
I receive allergy shots every three weeks. Although, I am disappointed that I am no longer able to get my shots at the East Greenwich office, I have had a great experience with the Providence office.
Sue in the Allergy Dept is just wonderful and very accommodating. Dr. McRae is amazing. I have highly recommended University Otolaryngology to family and friends.

I get my allergy shots here and I just love Sue. She’s very professional and always smiling. However, I do miss going to the EG office. It’s a better commute for me.

I had an awesome experience for my son who is 2 1/2. They did a wonderful job! The Doctor checked on him numerous of times. The best part is my son can hear!

University Otolaryngology is excellent. After suffering from allergies for many years, the doctors there finally figured out what was going on. Sue in allergy is the best! I would highly recommend her for allergy shots.

My son had his ear tubes placed by Dr.Gibson and her team at Hasbro. I find her straight forward and professional from before the surgery, during and after my son had good service. Everything she educated and warned us on was pretty on point and easy to follow. Fast replies from the office too. Waiting for the appointment took a little bit but not forever. Flexible with rescheduling too.

I’ve been a patient for a long time and never been unhappy with the care, the staff, or the results. My son was also a patient when he needed care and we were 100% happy with university otolaryngology.

The staff is very friendly. Easy to make/change appointments. I usually don’t wait more than a couple minutes after check in to be seen. I would highly recommend here.

PT Joann was awesome. Not only did she have the knowledge to greatly improve my problem but I felt she genuinely care about what I was going through. The receptionist was helpful and friendly both on the phone and in person.
