Panera Bread

First coffee shop in Providence was suggested to me by three lovely ladies outside the state building. Ladies know best and they were right!

The pomegranate hibiscus 🌺 iced tea is not sweet like I was expecting, though the staff was nice today and filled my order for me. Usually they just hand or leave me the empty cup and I have to fill my drink myself.

Had a fantastic experience at Panera! Both the food and staff were great. After disappointments at Fleming's and P.F. Chang's, we almost gave up on trying another place, but Panera exceeded our expectations. A refreshing and satisfying choice.

Overall it was really clean. The staff was really friendly and helpful. The Chocolate crossaint was delicious. The strawberry smoothie is my always Panera go to item. It's always great location for quick bite to eat.

I got a cinnamon roll while my stepmother got a light roast coffee

Panera Bread is a the best place to stop to grab a delicious filling salad. The soups are tasty and great as a full meal or side.

We had a party of 14... and were taking time to decide. The staff was pretty amazing about it. And we were eating in record time. Wasn't confusing for them. Very courteous and freindly. Would recommend. 😃

Was going to rate service a 2 but when an employee who was close by having her lunch overheard us talking about our order mix up, she got up, came over and took care of things for us. I wish everyone working in retail or food services was like her. In this day and age I am surprised when someone does something like this. So thankyou to this wonderful lady.

The amazing lady who served me was kind and lovely. The bread was crisp and the Avocado melt was on point !

It's Panera Bread, just like any other chain restaurant, they're as good as the last. My rating of a Panera Bread in the only change really if there was horrendous service there, but that was not the case at this location. So go ahead and enjoy your bread bowl mac and cheese or Greek sandwich or whatever you want to get there.

Great, friendly service every time I come. Today during the lunch rush I waited a VERY long time for my food, partly because I wasn't in a hurry so I didn't ask about it for a while. When I did ask, they apologized and the manager refunded me. I understand that mess ups happen in every restaurant and I appreciate that they fixed the situation.

We stopped by tonight for supper after going to build a bear for my son's 4th birthday. David, the manager, noticed he was wearing the happy birthday hat and surprised us with a treat for dessert for the whole family! Very thoughtful, and much appreciated! Ty for making this special for us.

I manage the Smithfield Panera, but i would give it 5 stars from the other side of the counter too. The staff is warm and friendly, my fellow managers are great. Its a great place to work and to grab a bite.

Food always great. And it's also a good place to relax while eating or after kick back & go online & pay your bills, work related or just catch up w/ your social media... Wonderful atmosphere...

They're Chicken Frontega is so delicious and fantastic. I get it as the Pick 2 with a cheddar broccoli soup! OMG!!! Great combination! Everytime I go there I never stray from it. However, the French onion soup is hella delish too! And I can't forget the Cuban sandwich. Got a little kick too it but it's worth every bite!! #getsome

Thank you Colette! I had told her that my order was messed up & they said they would refund me but it was never refunded. She said they would call me, although they didn't call me, I came back and she gave me my order for free although my credit was only about $6. Thank you so much!

The woman who took my order was so pleasant and professional they accidentally messed up my order and gave me a complimentary bear claw Not only was my food made in adequate amount of timing but it was so delicious and they let me sit there for hours as I got lost in videos on my phone but unfortunately the bathrooms weren't working so that was the only downside but other than that would absolutely and will go again

As always I had a nice encounter, I feel like I'm treated like family everyone knows me by name and knows my regular order. I will continue to be a customer there.

Amazing service, the staff always makes me feel at home and always make my order on time I've never had to complain about my order not being the way I like it. They already know me and my order as soon as I walk in. Love the providence Panera to death ❤
