Stopped in for breakfast. Hubby loved the Nutella Pancakes. He wanted the biscuits and gravy, which says they are very good...they had no more biscuits! I had the 2 eggs, sausage patty, potatoes and Sourdough toast. Definitely worth the stop.

This place is a gem! The food is amazing and so is the staff! We would recommend this restaurant for breakfast!

Was looking for a good pancake spot here in Edwards and boy did I find it! Blueberry pancakes were top notch. Bartender Maddy was a great too! Would recommend to anyone in town.

Café 163 is definitely the best kept secret in this Valley! The food is delicious. You NEED to try their pancakes! But the most importantly their staff is amazing! We love Annie. She definitely makes that place even better! I can't wait go go back there.

Great breakfast brunch spot. Seems like where the locals go. I had the a la carte biscuits and gravy, a sizeable portion. Delicious with a medium spicy afterburn. Wife and daughter split the chilaquiles. Reasonable prices. Next time we will try some sandwiches and pancakes.

Went in and had an great experience. The food is always great here.
I only give the service 4 stars because our service was a little disjointed, the server seemed to be new so I would cut them lots of slack.

Food was excellent, and service was even better. A crazy guy came in and acted like a complete jerk, the young lady helping him (I believe her name was Annie) was professional and polite the whole time and handled a bad situation, very well. And still managed to make my experience a pleasant one. Great job

Cafe 163 is the locals best kept secret! The food & staff are always amazing & I have never been disappointed. I take friends & family here all the time to eat, & everyone has nothing but great things to say when we leave! Every town should have a Cafe 163, we are pretty lucky to have such an amazing restaurant in the Vail Valley!

Annie, Erin and the team were great. The food was delicious we order 4 dishes the chilaquiles, corn beef hash, rancheros, and pancakes all a fabulous choices. Best restaurant in Edwards Co.

Café 163 is a very relaxed spot to have a nice breakfast.
I discovered it on a Sunday morning with a wonderful cheery staff, especially Abby!
The vibe is really great and the food and the presentation is wonderful.

The food was fresh tasted delicious and I couldn’t of been happier, I highly recommend you all stop by and enjoy a wonderful experience!

Me and my wife went here last week just by chance. The food was amazing, and my wife won't stop talking about the gluten free pancakes. They were so good she almost didn't believe they were gluten free. Super friendly, we will be back next time we are up in the mountains.

This place has amazing service. Really welcoming sweet people. Me and my friend had breakfast here. It was the best experience ever. I would give this a 6 out of 5 if I could.

Had breakfast at Cafe 163 this morning after skiing at Vail yesterday. It was crowded and the staff was struggling to keep up with a nearly full restaurant at about 11:30am. The bartender who also had a full bar of 6 patrons eating was particularly overworked as they have a number of coffee drinks on their menu that require a number of steps and she was juggling it all, including greeting patrons with a happy "Hey there!" when they came in. There were only a few other servers and a couple young hostesses / bussers. The service, as mentioned above, was a little slow, but it was well worth the wait as the food was excellent and when the restaurant went down to 70% the staff was a well-oiled machine. Not to mention that having to wait a little actually gives you time to relax.. a feature often lost today. The building, atmosphere and staff were excellent, as was the dark-roast coffee. Try their biscuits and gravy (amazing!) and their eggs benedict! We will be searching them out again as our regular spot when in the Vail valley.

The french toast was simple yet delectable. My girlfriend ordered half a grapefruit to fit into her dress for a wedding in Beaver Creek. She was delighted that the half grapefruit was accompanied by fresh mountain blueberries. Dress still fit. Five stars.
