Alex Hallgarten is my dude, he did an amazing job picking up where my last loan officer left off. Not to mention that if there was something I didn't know are needed answers to he did not make me wait forever for him to get back to me. He busted his butt getting what needed done so that myself and my daughter would be able to get into our new house. Thank you again my guy. If you’re taking the time to read this review, you are probably in the process of purchasing a home or refinancing one. Alex, by far is the best lender we’ve worked with. We’ve tried other lenders before Alex, however, Alex got us the best loan amount than any other lender. He worked with us hand in hand, he is professional, and he made the process enjoyable. While attempting to refinance my home to take advantage of the very low rates was not easy to achieve during a pandemic, Alex Hallgarten was a true pleasure to work with. The process had its up's and down's for sure, however I found that Alex's open communication and complete transparency provided me with enough confidence and faith to continue to see this process through. He is very knowledgeable, competent and personable. COVID-19 has slowed so many things in life down, including the banking industry, and Alex always remained patient, calm and professional. He communicated frequently, openly and honestly, which to me, goes a very long way. I wholeheartedly recommend Alex!

Alex is a miracle worker, so much so that I will be making videos on my social media going over how much he helped my family get into our first home when I was denied by multiple other lenders, when my hope was lost alex came through for us big time. The most important thing I can say in this review is how personable alex is. He is not just a robot doing this solely for a paycheck. He cares about his clients enough to even banter, joke, and converse about things unrelated to the home loan. He is genuine, and has a good sense of humor. This may sound like I’m writing his biography for a dating website lol but I assure you that this is a very honest review and my family sincerely appreciates him for his efforts and hard work. I thank him for being so responsive and communicative throughout this process. Any questions I had he answered swiftly. If you’re buying a home I recommend using alex 10/10 times.
