Loaf 'N Jug

I cant believe I'm about to write this, but I really LOVE this gas station! Some of the best customer service I've ever seen, hands down. Every time I walk in I'm greeted by a friendly staff. Every. Single. Time. Usually I'm the kind of person who finds this cheesy and kind of tacky, but the employees here are genuinely nice and it shows. They always ask for my City Market card and even though I always forget it I'm super appreciative of the fact they religiously ask, without fail, every time. They have signs on all of their pumps that say they're available to help the disabled with anything if needed also. While I'm sure this is kind of service is available elsewhere, I've never honestly noticed or seen signs before and I feel like it adds to their exceptional customer service. They also have the best selection of coffee for a gas station I've ever seen. I can't believe I have so many good things to say about a GAS STATION but it really is the best I've experienced. I'm honestly not an employee or family member or have any reason to be so ecstatic about this place at all, whatsoever. I just feel the customer service here is truly worthy of praise and I'm a fan.

There was trouble with making change, and the cashier Mika *gently* and *proactively* explained it to me BEFORE i poured my coffee. I had a jug of anti-freeze windshield wiper fluid i brought in from outside in one hand, my coffee in the other, and she *warmly* invited me rest the jug on the counter. She noticed my split-second confusion and without missing a beat *nicely* informed me without being the least condescending, but instead quite *kindly,* that the coffee fixings were on the other side of the counter.

This would be a 5 star rating but they are still in the stone age using styrofoam cups, killing birds, fish, and other wildlife, poisoning lakes, streams, and animals from the very bottom of the food chain all the way to the top.

This is run pretty well from my experience.

SmartPay app doesn’t work, has misleading prices for gas, and people never know how to drive in this parking lot.

I’ve been to worse gas stations but not much worse. There always seems to be a pump or two out, the Kroger rewards are often not accepted, the trash cans by the pumps are always overflowing, the keypads on the pump are disgusting, they don’t plow when it snows…this station is a terrible representation of our town in a snapshot.

This place is a joke. Their pumps time out to quickly. I’m trying to fill my transfer tank in the back of my truck. By the time I get into the back of the truck the pump has timed out and cancels the transaction. I have never experienced this problem. Guess I will have to continue to use KUM & GO

Scammer cashier charged $25 more than the list price on DEF. Make sure to check your receipt

They should take down the loaf n jug sign. Because the owner keeps turning off the fuel rewards. Its a total scam. Go anywhere else.

Do the employees here a favor and stop shopping here so this place closes since they apparently don't want to make money to keep the place operational
