Mattress Firm Smithfield

Finally a great experience buying a mattress. Eric who helped us was great and easy to talk to. He let us check 5-6 different mattresses(lots of choices)and explained all the differences with no hard sell and no pressure. It was so good we purchased a mattress that day and because it was in stock we had the mattress in two days. Great place!! 👍

Stephen, with his knowledge of the different types of mattresses, guided us in choosing the best mattress for us. I liked the fact that he gave us enough time to decide without rushing or pressuring us into a quick decision. We are excited for the delivery of our new setup and hoping it arrives early. 😁

Jeff not only met my standards in customer service, but delivered on a great experience and found me the best affordable option for a new mattress. He was extremely knowledgeable and focused on my needs. This world needs more Jeff’s.
