Applebee's Grill + Bar

This place is awesome to go to! It was our first time going but we loved everything. The location and parking is good. We went for Valentine’s Day and the manger and staff were so friendly and helpful, it was a very nice environment. It was a busy night but they did a good job at checking in with us, it was amazing service. This is the best dining experience I’ve had in awhile!

Applebee's on Putnam Pike is such a good place to get something to eat. It was our first time at an Applebee's in over 20 years and the food didn't disappoint. The service was a bit off, but that was because it was a fundraiser dinner and it was pretty busy. Our server was very friendly and attentive, but when our food was brought out there were fries with the order. She brought out a huge plate of fries afterwards. Not sure if she was covering two sections or more but had to ask a few times for a couple of things. Not a big deal at all.

I am a first time mom with a newborn at home. My schedule is funny, my diet is messed up. 9/10/23 around 7:30pm, my stomach wasn’t feeling quite right, but I needed to eat. It felt like the perfect opportunity to order my favorite salad from Applebee’s on Postmates.

I don’t know if the cook was psychically connected to me in this moment and just KNEW what I needed, or if they just really love their job, but please give this individual my adoration and a bonus.

The details were all just perfectly extra. I’ve worked at Applebee’s in the past, though not this location (Smithfield, RI), and I know the general construction standard for this salad. What was delivered to me was an act of love, and act of God. The grilled chicken was cut into perfect bite sized pieces instead of long strips I would have to re-slice myself. The lettuce was perfectly chopped, so I didn’t have to go back in with my own knife on that. It was pre-mixed together so every bite was perfect.

Thank you, stranger. This life owes you the very best it has to offer. I love you deeply, in the most platonic and humanitarian sense.

I use to not like apple bees but the food is much better now a days .. plus the wait staff seems excellent

Really good and quick for a busy Friday night.

My wife and I took my nephew here for his 17th birthday. The staff were great about bringing him a special dessert and singing to him. The food was great. Our server was especially accommodating to me because I'm deaf and I really appreciate how she took the time to make sure she understood what I wanted. She smiled and was pleasant with all of us the whole time we were there. The price was what I expected. There is plenty of parking, including the Stop & Shop parking lot behind the restaurant. Easily on and off route 44 with a traffic light.

Went to Smithfield location with 7 people and a toddler. Jared our server was amazing. Took our drinks and food orders right away. He was completely attentive to our table and every other table around us. We need more servers like Jared!

Our waitress Hannah was by far the sweetest, and most attentive server I’ve had in a very long time. As a waitress myself, it’s been hard to find someone who loves her job as much as she does. Be sure to keep her close

Staff was very accommodating, Drinks were fabulous and the food was amazing during my visit! I definitely plan on going back!

Our waitress Meg provided outstanding customer service during our recent visit Friday may 6th 2022. She promptly took our order, was attentive to us. I also observed her interaction with a small child at another table. She was very kind and took an interest in his questions. She is amazing!!!

My date and I "settled" for Applebee's last night. We expected rookie service and mediocre food and drinks... We were very pleasantly surprised to find we were totally wrong. Excellent food, drinks and service!

Excellent! Excellent! And Excellent! Wait staff, the well- done yet tender steak, and the strawberry lemonade drink, respectively! A truly enjoyable meal after a hard day's work. I skipped dessert... Only because it was getting late, and I have an early start tomorrow morning.

My waitress was Kayla who gave good customer service with a smile under her mask! I had the whiskey burger which was good but bit messy. Overall I definitely would recommend this place for someone who has a good appetite😃place was clean and waitresses were attentive
