Whitebark Restaurant & Lounge In The Westin Hotel

Super intense burgers for sure. Would recommend. The vegetarian burger had a hand-crafted beyond-meat batty that was humungous. Very impressive!

After shredding up Cornice and the Backside of Mammoth, WhiteBark is one of my fave places to unwind and have a cider, or Clooney (or three). Great food (that Crab Chowder🤩), awesome service, and chillaxin' ambiance. Cheers, Westin... always great unwind to here.

This place was fancy! Although high in price, the quality is definitely worth it. Great food, calm clean atmosphere with great decor. Inside a resort. We made reservations for our visit, but it was not busy at all on the Friday night we went. Portion sizes were rather large but once again, making it more worth what you spend. Extensive wine menu as well. The staff were great as well.

Great bar. Dangling river rocks over the bartenders was a fun ice breaker.

There must be a new chef because the food was off the hook. Granted the restaurant channels s “Denny’s” vibe but JR at the bar gave us one of the most memorable evenings in Mammoth. Best Negroni my wife has ever had, the food was beyond flavorful … in the end the perfect ending to 5 days in the Eastern Sierras.

Everything was great. Specialty cocktails; smoke n fire Mezcal drink and the Winter Pisco sour were great! One of the best Ribeyes I e had in a long time and we are total fine dining foodies. Service was perfect. We’ve been to some other great local restaurants here and this rates as good as any.

Whenever we stay at the Westin Monache Resort we always have a meal at Whitebark. Granted it’s a bit pricey but their menu never disappoints. We were just there again and the short rib was to die for. They are also very accommodating. We ordered the cheese platter, but my wife is not a big blue cheese fan so our server said no problem and doubled up on the Brie and Gouda, and brought us extra bread to go with the platter. What really impressed me was the non-salted butter and black lava salt - Oh my was it tasty. I indulged in the bread and butter and let my family have the cheese platter. Looking forward to our next stay at the Westin Monache and to another great meal at Whitebark!

They have a great varied menu including elk chops as a special when we were there and it was outstanding. Their cheese burger has bacon, carmelized onions, as well as the usual and a very tasty double burger (come hungry) . The tomatoes bisque is more of a vegetable soup and delicious. Use the valet as parking (free) as parking is extremely limited. Speciality drinks were creative.

This is a 5 star restaurant but casual dress. Prices are $$$ but well worth the cost.

Was pleasantly surprised how good this was! We came right at the tail-end of happy hour and ended up with way more food than necessary because the happy hour portions were huge. My mac'n'cheese and fried Brussels sprouts were just delicious. Everyone else loved their food too!

The food is delicious. Their service is exceptional. As for ambiance, in a word: radiant. It's an overall classy spot, with a hip vibe. And, Jordan helped to create the perfect setting for our first meal as a married couple. Thank you.

Came here for cocktails and dinner. Absolutely delicious food. I had the venison medallions. Fantastic, melts in your mouth. My compatriots had the duck and filet minion. Both were more than delicious. I would also recommend their smoked white cheddar macaroni as wonderful side, if you like that sort of thing ;)

Delicious restaurant inside the Westin hotel. Fun cocktails, great ambiance. Service was good. Food was great. Drink selection was good.

The food at this hotel restaurant was really good, and the service was super friendly, however over Christmas break it was mega busy, and waiting times were long (even though sometimes it seemed like tables were free). Overall, I can definitely recommend going here for dinner!

Food was superb and the the entire service team was outstanding! Hats off to the chefs also. Celebrated this New Year's Eve at Whitebark with entire family and had a wonderful time. Happy New Year, the Crull family.

What a gem! We've been coming to Mammoth for 12 years and didn't know this restaurant even existed. Looking for some lift discount I had noticed some advertising for the White Bark , so yesterday upon arrival the first thing was to have dinner food, atmosphere, view and service- everything was marvelous

The wings here were phenomenal! The staff was very nice, and I felt soo welcomed especially as a Marriott employee, who came here on leisure travels. Thank you Whitebark staff you guys rock!!

I ordered the filet mignon with mashed potatoes and broccolini. It was absolutely perfect and tender. I highly recommend this restaurant. Thank you!
