Yes they are slow, but the workers try their best. For those complaining that they do not offer house delivery, you try delivering in 10 feet of snow! Pro tip: they give free PO Boxes with copy of a lease or property deed.

Went here to get some stamps to send a postcard. There was virtually no one around and I was the first person in line. The woman behind the counter was very friendly and explained the different types of stamp packs I could buy, since I wanted to get more than just one. Great experience!

They do the best they can! If only they could hire locally and pay a living wage I am sure the service would be more consistent.

The staff is very friendly (now, there used to be an arrogant/sarcastic man, but he's gone) and competent. It's frustrating when you first move here to have packages returned, but once you follow their instructions it's all good. Use your P.O. Box as your MAILING address, that's a no-brainer. The tricky part is the packages, which require a PHYSICAL address, and also seems like a no-brainer, but it's not. That's because UPS will sometimes (Ground service and other random packages) drop-off packages at the Post Office, and if your P.O. Box # is not listed, they have to return to sender. The solution? Combine both addresses. Use your physical address on one line, and your P.O. Box address on the other, and problem solved. Believe me, I learned the hard way. That said, there's also instances when a store will not accept a P.O. Box # within the address for a package delivery... In that case, sneak it in there next to your name via a parenthesis with an abbreviation (POB123), which will trick the sender, but the Post Office gets it. ALL my delivery problems have been solved. I hope this is helpful for others experiencing the same challenges!

The office experiences staff shortage, but they do their best to provide good service. The staff is very attentive and friendly.

I just moved here and messed up some of the package addresses but the staff have all been very helpful and have located multiple packages that could have been returned to sender. And they are very friendly too.

Connie is amazing! We use MBE, and every time a package has been wrongly sent to the PO, she “righted” it instantly!

The staff here is beyond helpful- 99% of the problems with shipping via usps in town is out of there control. Yuca is the best!
