Authentic pho! Homemade broth and the vegetables and beef were so fresh. The portions are huge and perfect after a day on the slopes . Elsa our server was so friendly and personable. The service was excellent and the food came out fast and was delicious. We will be back😊

Wonderful food with huge portions (the regular bowls would have been sufficient). Friendly service and everything was nice and clean and well marked. Chopsticks and forks at the table with house made sambal and chili 🌶 flakes for those in the know and like to turn the heat up. It also has the traditional Sriracha and Hoisin sauce and soy sauce (though the food was all well seasoned).

The pho beef broth we had was very tasty like it was made for hours and the chicken broth I had was pretty good too. We did not try the house special OMG sauce so we have to come back. The #3 was really tasty but would have liked the roast pork bits to be smaller like I am used to (but it is accurately described in the menu so I knew exactly what to expect).

They serve boba and beer (would have liked Tiger or Chang beers but had sake, Sapporo, Tsingtao, Singha and Modelo (Now the #1 beer in America). Like I said - pan Asian with a nod to Mexican because we are in California. The sparkling water with purée looked interesting but we didn’t try it. Lots of hot tea options

The restaurant was divided into two rooms and the decor was fun and signs were witty. I could tell the servers like the owner so that is always good. The space was tight but the cart used to bus tables could maneuver around easily enough.

It was busy in Oct on a Sat evening so I expect it to be busier during the summer. Looks like a mix of lack residents and tourists and there are not too many Asian spots in town so this is a welcome addition to the traditional dining scene of German/ American / Pub fare.

Would recommend after a chilly day of skiing, or hiking, or anything. Now if the owners would research recipes for laksa - the latest fad to add to their menu… but that might be a hard sell in Mammoth Lakes :-)

After making a 6hr drive up to Mammoth, my family and I were having huge cravings for noodles and this one is the only one that was a short drive from our inn. Their cuisine seems like a mix of Vietnamese, Chinese, Than and Laos, so I wouldn't say this is a pho restaurant, but rather an Asian noodle restaurant.

Their portions are huge! I got the regular size and the majority of my family got large and regretted it because their bowls were so full of noodles and meat! A great problem to have though! Their soup was delicious, but my dish wasn't spicy even though it said it was on the menu. My mom got one of the pho dishes and she said the soup was good, but a tad bit salty.

The two ladies helping us were very kind and attentive to us! We were a large group and they still managed to make us feel pampered while helping others.

There is tons of parking in front with a very casual dine in experience.

My husband and I tried Noodle-Ly yesterday for an early dinner and had a great experience. I ordered regular #1 rare beef pho and my husband ordered #5 dry noodles. Both dishes came out quick and were delicious. Good pho can be hard to come by but the broth was clear, flavorful and well seasoned. It came with a generous serving of rare beef too. My husband’s dish was also well prepared with the rice noodles coated with a little sauce or oil so they didn’t stick in a clump and the pork was tender. The service was also really great. We chatted with one of the servers who said during busy seasons they sometimes sell out of food before closing. So be sure to call ahead of go early to beat the crowds and ensure they have food remaining.

We’ll definitely be back!

This restaurant serves good noodles in the area. There is a variety of choices in the menu. The food is good and the service is beyond exceptional. Waiting time for food was like around 4-5 mins. We ordered small size noodle bowl of khao soi but the staff made large size, so they offered us the big bowl with no extra charge.

Got a takeaway of the only dry noodles on the menu so that I can eat on the car - this place does not disappoint. The portion is huge, and the food is just nicely seasoned - the pork chasiew is as good as the ones I would have in Asia back home!

Now I read other reviews about this place prior to writing my own. In fact, they’re the reason I’m writing this one. I don’t know what some of these people are talking about, but this place is incredible. My family has been coming to Mammoth regularly since 2018. We only stopped by this place for the first time yesterday evening at around 5:30pm. It was crowded & I think we got lucky with being seated right as a party had left. Service was outstanding despite the crowd, we had water immediately & our glasses were never empty. The food blew me away. A light broth full of flavor. Anyone claiming they don’t make their own broth is flat out lying. This is my new favorite spot in town & I can’t recommend it highly enough.

Great pho and ramen. The portions are very big. Good price. The food is very good overall. I will come to this place. Worth your time to check it out specially in those cold days after snowboarding. Staff very friendly and attentive.

Very good Pho! I wasn’t really a fan of the chicken, but it was not bad. There was dark meat which I do not prefer but overall the pho and flavors were very good. There was also condiments already on the table for you to use which was nice. We waited about 10 minutes for our food and the staff was very friendly

Delicious and filling ramen restaurant. Their selection list is not huge but it is a good variety. The drinks menu also covers some great sake. The spices and seasonings avaliable at the tables are also really great. I only ordered the small bowl but even that felt like a lot of food! I will be back for more.

After a long drive, this place has the comfort food to relax for the rest of the trip.
They had vegetarian options which they customized as per our preferences.
The bowl size was good enough to feed 2. The soup is good and their service is great

Awesome food. It is some of the best Pho I've ever had. The large size is very large. But otherwise great food, and great staff.

Cute, local phô spot. I was greeted warmly and had a nice rare beef phô, a little on the heavy side, which hit the spot after spending a whole day on the snowy mountain. The place looked pretty clean and the staff worked well together. I was a party of one.

I loved the art on the walls and overall atmosphere and aesthetic of the store! It was wonderful being able to enjoy a bowl of pho up in the mountains ~~

Jan 2024 —

I have pho about 5 times a month. This spot was a pleasant surprise — it’s the best CA pho spot (at least by ski town standards) to the east of the LA. I liked the steak pho, the spicy noodles were ok — would have liked a spicy wide rice noodle option instead. 5 stars overall.

Delicious! And authentic too. The khao soi was very flavorful and not too spicy. BBQ pork with egg noodles also got an authentic thumbs up from my Chinese Singaporean foodie girlfriend. Prices are reasonable...one of the best places to eat in Mammoth!

Pho was so full of flavor and very tasty. A bit of wait for a table or take out, so best to order ahead if you're ina hurry. Staff ate very patient and friendly.
