Great customer service! Honest and fair prices. I was quoted 80$ for a key to be made from another locksmith. I called Sedona Lock and Safe and they said it would be 15$. I told them I’d be in in the morning. When I got there they already had the key cut and ready based on my lock cylinder code I have them. Customer service like this is hard to come by these days.

I purchased 2 blanks online for my car and needed them cut so that my mechanic could use them to program my car. I called Red Rock Lock and they said of course they could do it. Patty in the office was very helpful and Suzie had my keys cut in a matter of minutes. I highly recommend them for any lock work that you need done.

I just purchased a home in Sedona and I could not lock my door. Sue came promptly and showed me the process of how to lock my door. She showed me how to lift the lever and then throw the bolt. I felt so foolish, but she graciously solved the problem. Many thanks.
