Stopped by to get a Red Rocks parking pass and ended up speaking to the staff about our prospective hiking plans in the area. They steered us towards hikes that were perfect for us, had fewer tourists, and better views. The staff were so friendly and helpful. Highly recommend stopping in for tips for your stop in Sedona.

I’m forever grateful to Victoria and the staff at the Visitors Center for returning my dropped wallet to me in Minneapolis. A wonderful stranger turned it in to them and after I tracked it down there, it was on its way back to me at once. Thank you all for your kindness, empathy and reenforcing my faith that goodness is still within our world. Sedona’s good vibes are real!

This is a great resource for all visitors. The staff member not only gave us great ideas for things to do (and ways to avoid the crowds) while we were in Sedona, she also gave us some great tips for our visit to and along the way to Petrified Forest National Park. We were so glad we stopped by.

The Sedona visitor center is a must for the first time visitor. The staff is very knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful in getting you familiar with the area and identifying specific areas to visit. And if you are interested in hiking on the numerous trails available, they have the type of info available to rate the trails, how to get there, and what to expect depending on the weather and trail conditions. And they have a public bathroom!
